The Ntrust-2 study is part of a broad effort of the global research community to develop more treatment options for people living with rheumatoid arthritis.
What is NKX019?
NKX019 is an investigational cell therapy being studied for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It is designed to target and remove the cells that may trigger harmful antibodies, which attack the body’s own tissues in these conditions.
Who can join this study?
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
- Are 18 to 75 years old
- Have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
- Have received prior autoimmune disease treatments that may have not worked well for you
Compensation
If you are eligible and choose to participate, you will receive NKX019 and health assessments from a team with expertise in caring for people living with autoimmune disease. Costs for travel, lodging, childcare, and meals will be covered when you and your care partner go to the study clinic. Compensation for study participants and your care partner may also be available.

One MORE for Chronic Pain in Latinos

This study will be a single-site, two-arm randomized controlled trial conducted among Spanish-speaking chronic pain patients. Chronic pain patients will be randomized by a computer-generated randomization schedule with simple random allocation (1:1) to either One MORE or a wait-list control condition (WLC). One MORE will be delivered individually either in-person or via a HIPAA compliant virtual meeting platform.

This will be a single-site, five-arm, parallel group randomized control trial involving patients seeking integrative healthcare. Four different styles of 5-minute, audio-recoded mindfulness practices delivered in the clinic waiting room will be compared with a 5-minute audio-recording about integrative healthcare.
A secondary sub-analysis will investigate the most effective mindfulness practice style for patients presenting at the clinic with elevated anxiety, depression, or pain.
