Recruiting
This Phase III Trial will determine whether adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) added to ovarian function suppression (OFS) plus endocrine therapy (ET) is superior to OFS plus ET in improving invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) among premenopausal, early- stage breast cancer (EBC) patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, HER2-negative tumors and 21-gene recurrence score (RS) between 16-25 (for pN0 patients) and 0-25 (for pN1 patients).

A Study of Tagraxofusp in Combination With Venetoclax and Azacitidine in Adults With Untreated CD123+ Acute Myeloid Leukemia Who Cannot Undergo Intensive Chemotherapy
Recruiting
This study will be divided into 2 parts (Part 1 and Part 2). Part 1 will evaluate 2 doses of tagraxofusp (9 and 12 micrograms/kilogram/day \[μg/kg/day\]), used in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine, to determine the dose for Part 2. This determined dose, in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine, will then be further evaluated in Part 2 in 2 cohorts (TP53 mutated and TP53 wild type). Both parts will be conducted in participants with previously untreated CD123+ AML who are ineligibl... Read More

A Trial of Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitor in Neonatal Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (TOP-CDH)
Recruiting
Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) occurs in approximately 1 in 3000 US live births, similar to the incidence seen within the Utah Birth Defects cohort. The diaphragmatic defect compromises lung growth and alters pulmonary vascular development. This is reflected postnatally as respiratory failure, pulmonary hypertension (PH) and overall cardiopulmonary dysfunction, particularly post-repair. Currently, optimal management of post-repair PH remains poorly investigated. Sildenafil citrate is a hi... Read More

High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation Versus High Frequency Jet Ventilation for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to conduct a prospective study of all congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) neonates managed at the University of Utah newborn intensive care unit (NICU) and Primary Children's Hospital NICU that required mechanical ventilation at birth. As both high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) and high frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) are standard approaches to ventilatory support of all neonates including CDH, CDH infants will be randomized at the time of birth or admi... The Acute T-Rex (Timing of Resistance Exercise) Study
Recruiting
The primary aim of this study is to evaluate if a single bout of AM vs PM resistance exercise has different effects on insulin sensitivity and sleep. A randomized cross-over trial be used to compare resistance exercise at two different times of the day. Each condition will take place in a laboratory setting. Each condition will consist of exercise, overnight sleep, and oral glucose tolerance tests the following day. The AM exercise will occur \~1.5 hours after habitual wake, and PM exercise will...
