This study is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXD) in the following tumor types: endometrial cancer (EC); head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC); pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC); colorectal cancer (CRC); hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); adenocarcinoma of esophagus, gastroesophageal junction, and stomach (Ad-Eso/GEJ/gastric); urothelial carcinoma (UC); ovarian cancer (OVC); cervical cancer (CC); biliary tract cancer (BTC); human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2)-low breast cancer (BC); HER2 immunohistochemistry (IHC) 0 BC; and cutaneous melanoma. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if LTG-001 works to treat post-operative / acute pain after an abdominoplasty procedure. It will also learn more information on the safety of LTG-001. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does drug LTG-001 treat the acute pain after surgical abdominoplasty over 48 hours? How tolerable is LTG-001 over 48 hours? What dose of LTG-001 is better for treating post-operative / acute pain? Participants will: Take LTG-001 bid after the surgical abdominoplasty. Remain at the clinic for approximately 48 hours during study dosing and return after two weeks for a safety check up. This study is open to people 50 years or older with an eye condition called geographic atrophy. The purpose of this study is to compare a medicine called BI 771716 with a medicine called pegcetacoplan. BI 771716 is being developed to treat people with geographic atrophy. Pegcetacoplan is a medicine already used to treat people with geographic atrophy. In this study, participants receive either BI 771716 or pegcetacoplan as injections in the eye. Participants are in the study for a little longer than a year and visit the study site every 4 weeks. At the visits, the study doctor checks the eyes of the participants. The results are compared between the groups of participants to see whether the treatment works. The study doctor also regularly checks participants' health and takes note of any unwanted effects. The Pompe Registry is a global, multicenter, international, longitudinal, observational, and voluntary program for patients with Pompe disease, designed to track the disease's natural history and outcomes in patients, both treated and not. Data from the Registry are also used to fulfill various global regulatory commitments, to support product development/reimbursement, and for other research and non-research related purposes. The objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance understanding of the variability, progression, identification, and natural history of Pompe disease, with the ultimate goal of better guiding and assessing therapeutic intervention. * To assist the Pompe medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients, and to provide reports on patient outcomes, to optimize patient care. * To characterize the Pompe disease population. * To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of alglucosidase alfa. This study will evaluate whether a newer treatment, rumination-focused cognitive behavioral treatment, which includes mindfulness and can be used to reduce ruminative habits, change ways in which key brain regions interact with each other (e.g.., often called connectivity), and whether these changes in habits and brain connectivity can reduce the risk for recurrence of depression in the next two years. This study is being done to see if a drug called disitamab vedotin, alone or with pembrolizumab, works to treat HER2 expressing urothelial cancer. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. Participants will have cancer that has spread in the body near where it started (locally advanced) and cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). The study will focus on participants who have either active subacute CLE or chronic CLE, or both. They may also have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The participants did not respond to antimalarial therapy or had problems with the treatment that made it hard to continue. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the skin disease. Researchers will measure symptoms of CLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index (CLASI), the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Investigator's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R), and the SELENA-SLEDAI Flare Index (SFI). The main questions researchers want to answer are: * How many participants have a score of 0 or 1 on the CLA-IGA-R looking at skin redness after treatment? * How many participants have their skin disease activity go down by at least 70%? Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and CLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be split into 2 parts - Part A and Part B. Both parts will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either litifilimab or placebo for the 1st treatment period. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. * The 1st treatment period will be double blinded which means neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * This double blinded treatment period will last 24 weeks, after which the 2nd treatment period will begin. * During the 2nd treatment period, all participants will receive litifilimab for 28 weeks. * After completing treatment in this study, participants that qualify will be given the choice to join the Long-Term Extension study, 230LE305. If they do not, they will move into a follow-up safety period that will last up to 24 weeks. * The total study duration for participants will be up to 80 weeks Read Less

The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate the efficacy of fluticasone propionate/albuterol sulfate multidose dry powder inhaler with electronic module (Fp/ABS eMDPI).
