The study is designed to understand the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC026 in participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors The study has a dose escalation portion and a cohort expansion portion of the study. Participants will receive MGC026 by intravenous (IV) infusion. The dose of MGC026 will be assigned at the time of enrollment. Participants may receive up to 35 treatments if there are no severe side effects and as long as the cancer does not get worse. Participants will be monitored for side effects, and progression of cancer, have blood samples collected for routing laboratory work, and blood samples collected for research purposes. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of PF-07220060 with letrozole compared to approved treatments (ie, palbociclib, ribociclib or abemaciclib with letrozole) in people with breast cancer: * HR-positive (breast cancer cells that need estrogen or progesterone to grow) * HER2-negative (cells that have a small amount or none of a protein called HER2 on their surface); * locally advanced (that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes) or metastatic disease (the spread of cancer to other places in the body) * who have not received any prior systemic anti-cancer treatment for advanced/metastatic disease. Approximately half of the participants will receive PF-07220060 plus letrozole while the other half of participants will receive the investigator's choice of treatment plus letrozole. The purpose of this study is to test BTX-9341 alone or in combination with fulvestrant (a currently marketed medication for breast cancer) in participants with advanced and/or metastatic hormone receptor positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer. Study STX-478-101 is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 (LY4064809) in participants with advanced solid tumors with P13Ka mutations. Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors. Part 2 will evaluate STX-478 therapy as combination therapy with fulvestrant in participants with hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer.
