The purpose of this research is to test whether participating in either a physical activity intervention or a series of educational classes will help to preserve exercise capability, heart function, brain-based activities (like memory), and quality of life. Participants will be randomized to 1 of 2 pathways: * First pathway consists of organized health workshops. These workshops are intended to provide information on topics such as proper nutrition, management of stress, sleep practices, and emphasis on a healthy lifestyle that may help the participants through cancer treatment. This pathway will also test whether stretching may help participants through cancer treatment. * Second pathway participants will take part in some unsupervised and some potentially supervised moderate activity sessions each week throughout participants' cancer treatment to take place either remotely or in person, depending on availability of facilities at the time visits are scheduled. This study seeks to investigate an evidence-based, manualized, behavioral health intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), in individuals with primary brain tumors (PBT) and insomnia. Our project will assess the feasibility and acceptability of recruitment, enrollment, data collection procedures, and retention of individuals with PBT and insomnia in the behavioral health intervention, CBT-I, and investigate the potential benefits of CBT-I within this at-risk and understudied population. This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis. AB-101 is an off-the shelf, allogeneic cell product made of "natural killer" cells, also called NK cells. White blood cells are part of the immune system and NK cells are a type of white blood cell that are known to kill cancer cells. This clinical trial will enroll patients with relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma of B-cell origin and is conducted in two phases. The primary objectives of Phase 1 are as follows: 1) to evaluate the safety of AB-101 given alone or in combination with rituximab (including the DLBCL specific cohort) or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab; 2) to evaluate the potential clinical activity of AB-101 when given in combination with rituximab or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab (combination cohorts only); and 3) to identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). The primary objective of Phase 2 is to determine whether AB-101 in combination with rituximab or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab has anti-cancer activity in patients. Patients will be assigned to receive either AB-101 alone as monotherapy, in combination with rituximab (including DLBCL specific cohort) or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab. All patients will receive at least 1 treatment cycle of AB-101, followed by scheduled assessments of overall health and tumor response. Patients receiving AB-101 in combination with rituximab may receive up to 3 additional cycles of treatment. Patients receiving AB-101 in combination with bendamustine and rituximab may receive up to 5 additional cycles of treatment.
