Bipolar disorder is a severe chronic mood disorder that affects up to 4% of the adult population in the United States. This study will assess how safe and effective ABBV-932 is in treating participants with bipolar I or II disorder. ABBV-932 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of depressive episodes in adult participants with bipolar I or II disorder. Study doctors put participants in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 4 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Around 160 adult participants with bipolar I or II disorder will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites worldwide. Participants will receive oral capsules of ABBV-932 or matching placebo once daily for 6 weeks. The treatment period will be followed by a safety follow-up (SFU) period for 4 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular weekly visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a multi-center clinical study enrolling up to 86 participants. The primary objectives are to determine the objective response rate (ORR) established by the confirmed best overall response (BOR) following intratumoral administration of DaRT - Diffusing Alpha-Emitters Radiation Therapy, as well as to assess the Duration of Response (DOR) 6 months from initial response. ABBV-RGX-314 (also known as RGX-314) is being developed as a novel one-time gene therapy for the treatment of neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD or nAMD). Wet AMD is characterized by loss of vision due to new, leaky blood vessel formation in the retina. Wet AMD is a significant cause of vision loss in the United States, Europe and Japan, with up to 2 million people living with wet AMD in these geographies alone. Current anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) therapies have significantly changed the landscape for treatment of wet AMD, becoming the standard of care due to their ability to maintain or prevent progression of vision loss in the majority of patients. These therapies, however, require life-long intraocular injections, typically repeated every 4 to 16 weeks in frequency, to maintain efficacy. This phase III trial studies how well trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) and tucatinib work in preventing breast cancer from coming back (relapsing) in patients with high risk, HER2 positive breast cancer. T-DM1 is a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called DM1. Trastuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as HER2 receptors, and delivers DM1 to kill them. Tucatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving T-DM1 and tucatinib may work better in preventing breast cancer from relapsing in patients with HER2 positive breast cancer compared to T-DM1 alone. Read Less

Major depressive disorder (MDD; depression) is a mood disorder that causes a continued feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It is a common and serious illness that can cause both emotional and physical symptoms such as feelings of sadness, irritability, not being able to focus on activities, tiredness, changes in eating habits, and aches and pains. The main goal of the study is to evaluate how safe and effective fosigotifator is in treating MDD. Fosigotifator (ABBV-CLS-7262) is a new treatment being developed for adult patients with depression. This study is double-blinded, which means that neither the patients nor the study doctors know who is given fosigotifator and who is given placebo. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups to receive fosigatofator or placebo. There is 1 in 2 chance that participants will receive placebo. Approximately 106 adult participants with MDD will be enrolled in approximately 15 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral fosigotifator or matching placebo. Duration of the study is approximately 144 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. Substudy B: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 1 year: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in Argentina. This phase II trial studies how well OBI-3424 works in treating patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not response to treatment (refractory). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as OBI-3424, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase III trial studies how well the addition of radiotherapy to the usual treatment (chemotherapy) works compared to the usual treatment alone in treating patients with esophageal and gastric cancer that has spread to a limited number of other places in the body (oligometastatic disease). Radiotherapy uses high energy x-rays, gamma rays, or protons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in usual chemotherapy, such as leucovorin, 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Adding radiotherapy to the usual chemotherapy may work better compared to the usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with esophageal and gastric cancer. Read Less
