Patients who are receiving clinical benefit from atezolizumab monotherapy or atezolizumab in combination with other agent(s) or combination/comparator agent(s) during participation in a Genentech or Roche-sponsored study (the parent study), who are eligible to continue treatment and who do not have access to the study treatment locally, may continue to receive study treatment in this extension study following roll-over from the parent study. An open-label, controlled, multi-site, interventional, 2-arm, Phase II/III trial of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab vs pembrolizumab monotherapy as first line treatment in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) with combined positive score (CPS) ≥1. This trial has two parts. Part A, is an initial non-randomized Safety Run-In Phase to confirm the safety and tolerability at the selected dose range level of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab. Part B, is a randomized part to generate pivotal efficacy and safety data of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab monotherapy in the first line setting in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing PD-L1 with CPS ≥1. Patients included in the Safety Run-In Phase of the trial (Part A) will not be randomized to Part B and will continue on-trial treatment (BNT113 plus pembrolizumab) within Part A. For Part B, an optional pre-screening phase is available for all patients where patients' tumor samples may be submitted for central HPV16 DNA and central PD-L1 expression testing prior to screening into the main trial. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of Teliso-V in 1 of 2 arms at an 1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin. Approximately 100 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study at approximately 40 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin at 1 of 2 doses as part of a 3 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Datopotamab Deruxtecan (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapy as a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment (osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Datopotamab Deruxtecan while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression, IP discontinuation or primary PFS DCO. The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. They will also return to the study centers for doctor's visits as often as they did in the previous study. Read Less
