The goal of this clinical trial is to test efficacy of the REACH program in parents with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and their young children. The main question it aims to answer is: -How can parents with IBS help their young kids develop healthy habits? Participants will be asked to complete online surveys and to use a website. Researchers will compare results from parents who use one of two websites chosen by chance, like flipping a coin. One website focuses on child health and safety behaviors. The use of multi-model patient education has been used in a variety of medical specialties to educate patients on expectations for various medical procedures and improve patients' understanding of their own health care. However, it is unknown what type of audio and/or visual materials work best in a given clinical setting. By surveying overall pain/post-operative recovery satisfaction we can measure how well our video intervention educates and reinforces post-operative management at home when compared to the current method of education that patients receive at the pre-operative visit prior to laparoscopic hysterectomy at this institution. This study will investigate effects of a psychoeducation pain management skills intervention on adults with persistent pain by training a cohort of American Society for Pain Management Nursing (ASPMN) nurses to deliver and it [Empowered Relief (ER)], as a single-session video-conferenced program. The primary objective is to evaluate the effects of ASPMN nurse-provided ER versus waitlist control (WLC) on pain catastrophizing, pain bothersomeness, pain intensity, pain interference, sleep disturbance, physical function, depression, anxiety, and social isolation for patients with persistent pain. This is a 2-part, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, Phase 2 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy, and PK of RTA 901 in qualified subjects with DPNP. Each study part will be randomized into 3 treatment arms; 2 different doses of RTA 901 and a Placebo. The doses of RTA 901 in Part 2 will be selected based on the Exposure-Response (E-R) analyses of data from Part 1. A total of 384 subjects will be randomized in this study. Each part will have 192 subjects, with 64 subjects randomized 1:1:1 to each treatment arm. The duration of each part of the study will be approximately 20 weeks, including a Screening Period of up to 2 weeks, a Run-in Period of 2 weeks, a Treatment Period of 12 weeks, and a Follow-up Period of 4 weeks. The objective of this consecutive series PMCF study is to collect data confirming safety, performance, and clinical benefits of the Taperloc Complete stems when used for primary or revision total hip arthroplasty (implants) at 1,3,5,7 and 10-year follow-up*. Since Taperloc Complete was introduced to the EU in 2010, all available retrospective data will be collected from each patient and a prospective aspect to the study will be necessary to reach the 10-year time point. The study utilizes a 3-arm placebo-controlled RCT to study the effectiveness of ketamine in reducing chronic post-mastectomy pain. Participants randomized to the first arm will receive a 0.35 mg/kg dose after induction, followed by a 0.25 mg/kg/hr infusion during surgery (up to a maximum of 6 hours) and continued for 2 hours postoperatively. Participants in the second arm will receive a single dose of 0.6 mg/kg of ketamine in the post-anesthesia care unit, and the final group will serve as the control group and receive saline (no ketamine). This study will be sequential, randomization trial where patients with chronic low back pain are initially randomized to receive 1 of 2 treatments (physical therapy OR Move 2 Health). This will be Phase I of the study intervention. Patients who do not respond to treatment after 6 weeks will undergo a subsequent sequential randomization. This will be Phase II of the study intervention. Patients in Phase II will be randomized to receive 1 of 2 treatments (addition of physical therapy or Move 2 Health, whichever one they did not receive OR the MORE Mindfulness intervention).
