The primary objective of this study is to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) between sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) versus treatment of physician's choice (TPC) in participants with previously untreated, locally advanced, inoperable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors do not express programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) or in participants previously treated with anti-programmed cell death (ligand or protein) 1 (Anti-PD-(L)1) Agents in the early setting whose tumors do express PD-L1. This clinical trial evaluates the effect of conversational agent, Cecebot, on improving insomnia in stage I-III breast cancer survivors. Sleep disturbance ranks among the top concerns reported by breast cancer survivors and is associated with poor quality of life. Many breast cancer survivors also have decreased physical activity, which may also have a negative impact on sleep and quality of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) and physical activity interventions have individually been reported to improve sleep and to have a positive impact on quality of life. Cecebot is a personalized short messaging service (SMS)-based behavioral intervention that combines CBTi and physical activity strategies that may improve sleep for breast cancer survivors. This study is being done to see if anti-HER2 treatment be safely stopped in patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (MBC) that have had exceptional response to treatment. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07220060 and PF-07104091) in people with breast cancer. This clinical study consists of 2 parts (part 1 and part 2). In part 1, we are seeking participants who: Have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer (BC) of either types: Have HR+, HER2- BC Refractory HR-positive/HER2-positive BC Have other solid tumors other than BC In part 2, we are seeking participants who: -Have HR-positive/HER2-negative BC Part 1 will include increasing doses of PF-07220060 with PF-07104091. In part 2, participants will take 1 of 2 study medicine combinations. This will help us decide the highest amount of study medicines that can be safety given to people. All participants in this study will receive PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 by mouth. We will compare participant experiences to help us determine if PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 2 years. This trial will recruit young adult female relatives (YARs) of male or female carriers of BRCA1/2. YARs who consent to participate will be randomized to either a 3-session peer coach-led telephone counseling intervention or usual care navigation to peer support interventions provided by community organizations that support the hereditary cancer community. Study aims are to 1) Assess intervention effects on distress and decision making outcomes, including uptake of counseling for untested YARs, 2) Identify YARs most likely to engage with and benefit from the intervention, 3) Understand intervention mechanisms. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. This trial studies how well paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab work in eliminating further chemotherapy after surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage II-IIIa breast cancer who have no cancer remaining at surgery (either in the breast or underarm lymph nodes) after pre-operative chemotherapy and HER2-targeted therapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are both a form of "targeted therapy" because they work by attaching themselves to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When these drugs attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Giving paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab may enable fewer chemotherapy drugs to be given without compromising patient outcomes compared to the usual treatment. Read Less
