Endometriosis is a painful disorder of the uterus affecting 6-10% of women of childbearing age. Endometriosis affects daily activities, social relationships, sexuality and sexual activity, and mental health. This study will evaluate how well elagolix in combination with combined oral contraceptives (COC) works within the body and/or how safe it is compared to placebo (does not contain treatment drug). This study will assess the dysmenorrhea (painful periods) response in participants with endometriosis and associated pain. Elagolix is an approved drug for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis. Participants are randomly put in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 3 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Adult female participants who still have periods with a diagnosis of endometriosis will be enrolled. Around 800 participants will be enrolled in the study at multiple sites in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral elagolix or placebo tablets in combination with combined oral contraceptive (COC) or placebo capsules for 3 months. All the participants will receive elagolix tablets in combination with COC tablets from Month 4 through Month 18. There will be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. The overarching goal of this study is to develop and examine the feasibility of a music-listening intervention that can be deployed in "real time" to regulate emotions and reduce momentary stress among young adults within the first 12 months of recovery from alcohol use disorder. We design the study with two phases to address three aims: Phase I includes the first two aims. For Aim 1, we will conduct formative research with a sample of young adults (N = 30) who have are within 12 months of recovery to identify features of music selections that are most effective in reducing momentary stress in real-world, ambulatory settings. For Aim 2, we will focus on developing mobile health technology that uses passive sensing and machine learning to automatically predict moments of heightened stress in real-time and suggest specific musical selections when stress is detected. During Phase II (Aim 3), we will test the feasibility of a novel music-listening intervention among a second unique sample of young adults who are within 12 months of recovery from AUD (N = 30). This protocol refers only to Phase I of the larger study, which focuses on observing music listening preferences and physiological and mental stress among people in early recovery from alcohol use disorder. The goal of this clinical study is to learn if RSLV-132 improves the symptoms of SS in adults. It will also learn about the safety of RSLV-132. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does RSLV-132 improve the cardinal symptoms of Sjogren's including fatigue, dryness and pain? * Does RSLV-132 improve the tiredness/fatigue caused by Sjogren's? * What are the blood levels of RSLV-132 over time? * What is the immune (antibody) response in the body to RSLV-132? * What is the safety profile of RSLV-132? Researchers will compare RSLV-132 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if RSLV-132 improves the symptoms of pSS. This phase III trial tests two hypotheses in patients with low-risk and average-risk medulloblastoma. Medulloblastoma is a type of cancer that occurs in the back of the brain. The term, risk, refers to the chance of the cancer coming back after treatment. Subjects with low-risk medulloblastoma typically have a lower chance of the cancer coming back than subjects with average-risk medulloblastoma. Although treatment for newly diagnosed average-risk and low-risk medulloblastoma is generally effective at treating the cancer, there are still concerns about the side effects of such treatment. Side effects or unintended health conditions that arise due to treatment include learning difficulties, hearing loss or other issues in performing daily activities. Standard therapy for newly diagnosed average-risk or low-risk medulloblastoma includes surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy (including cisplatin). Cisplatin may cause hearing loss as a side effect. In the average-risk medulloblastoma patients, this trial tests whether the addition of sodium thiosulfate (STS) to standard of care chemotherapy and radiation therapy reduces hearing loss. Previous studies with STS have shown that it may help reduce or prevent hearing loss caused by cisplatin. In the low-risk medulloblastoma patients, the study tests whether a less intense therapy (reduced radiation) can provide the same benefits as the more intense therapy. The less intense therapy may cause fewer side effects. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. The overall goals of this study are to see if giving STS along with standard treatment (radiation therapy and chemotherapy) will reduce hearing loss in medulloblastoma patients and to compare the overall outcome of patients with medulloblastoma treated with STS to patients treated without STS on a previous study in order to make sure that survival and recurrence of tumor is not worsened.
