The VOYAGER study is a primary data collection, non-interventional, prospective, multinational, multicenter study. It is designed to collect real-world, long-term data to explore long-term effectiveness, safety, clinical insights, treatment patterns, and factors driving the treatment decisions among patients being treated with specified Roche ophthalmology products in approved retinal indications (Faricimab for neovascular age-related macular degeneration \[nAMD\], diabetic macular edema \[DME\], and retinal vein occlusion; Port Delivery System with Ranibizumab for nAMD) in routine clinical practice. This study will not provide or make recommendations on use of any products including Roche products; treatment decisions will be determined by the treating physician and must be made independently to the decision to participate in this study. The main purpose of study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of different dose levels of mRNA-1647 versus control in healthy cytomegalovirus (CMV)-seronegative and CMV-seropositive female and male participants 9 to 15 years of age. The investigators will conduct a Type I hybrid effectiveness-implementation study to test an integrated telehealth intervention among 400 overweight and obese patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The investigators will include eligible participants receiving primary care at one of five Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers and their community-based outpatient clinics. The investigators will randomize patients in a 1:1 ratio to the multi-component intervention or "enhanced" usual care, stratifying by age (≥65 vs. \< 65) and site. Participants randomized to the intervention will receive an integrated, telehealth-delivered intervention composed of a self-directed lifestyle program and supervised pulmonary rehabilitation. At the end of 3 months, the investigators will offer to enter a recommendation for weight management medications on behalf of eligible intervention participants. In the post-core period (months 4-12), participants will continue to have as-needed access to the lifestyle coach. For participants randomized to the "enhanced" usual care group, study staff will prompt the patient's primary care provider to refer them to existing weight loss management and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Follow-up will occur at virtual visits at 3 and 12 months. The primary effectiveness outcome at 1-year is quality of life measured by the SF-12 Physical Component Summary Score. Secondary effectiveness outcomes will include other measures of quality of life (including sleep related impairment), sleep disturbance, disease severity (COPD exacerbations and respiratory event index for OSA), depression, social support, weight loss and cardiovascular risk. This study is focused on observing music listening preferences and physiological and mental stress among people in early recovery from alcohol use disorder. For 14 days, participants will be asked to wear a wristband device to assess physiological stress, listen to music exclusively through a study-specific Spotify premium account, and respond to short online surveys 4x per day on their smartphone. Vitrectomy to remove an epiretinal membrane (ERM) is one of the most common procedures performed by retinal surgeons. Patients who present with significant macular changes on optical coherence tomography (OCT) but relatively good vision are often advised to defer surgery until vision declines to 20/40 or worse. However, it is unknown if delaying surgery, which allows the foveal architecture to remain compromised and potentially to deteriorate, results in worse visual acuity outcomes than if surgery is performed earlier. In addition, there is a need to better understand predictors of outcomes when surgery is performed and predictors of progression when surgery is deferred. Finally, one of the most common presenting symptoms from an ERM is distortion or metamorphopsia. There are several objective measures of metamorphopsia but none have ever been employed to evaluate ERMs in a randomized clinical trial (RCT) and their usefulness is unknown. The purposes of this study are to better understand the optimal timing of surgery to produce the best visual result, to better understand predictors of outcomes in those who undergo surgery and predictors of progression in those whose are observed, and to better characterize and evaluate the usefulness of metamorphopsia and reading speed measures. The goal of this Phase 3 clinical trial is study the safety and efficacy of the nextgen anti-CTLA-4 antibody, gotistobart (ONC-392/BNT316), in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have disease progressed on anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody based therapy. The study will test whether gotistobart, in comparison with chemotherapy agent docetaxel, could prolong the life for NSCLC patients. Patients will be randomized to be treated with either gotistobart or docetaxel, IV infusion, once every 21 days, for up to 17 cycles in approximately one year. Read Less
