This study will follow men with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer throughout their standard of care treatment for their disease to determine if the presence of different genes or proteins can predict which patients respond to the cancer treatment they receive. As tumors grow and begin to spread, they may release cells into patients' bloodstream. These cells are called "circulating tumor cells", or CTCs. CTCs can be used to look for differences in "biomarkers" (genes or proteins that may change based on how a person is or is not responding to treatment). The purpose of this research study is to learn whether scientists can use biomarkers from CTCs to predict which tumors will respond to certain hormonal therapies. Participants will have blood collected and provide an archival sample from a previous tumor biopsy. A randomized research study of drugs nivolumab and pembrolizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic cancers. Based on data from earlier studies it appears that the drugs can be given less often then the currently approved schedule. This trial will compare drug levels from the blood from standard interval dosing levels versus taking the drugs less often. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and an ALK fusion mutation. Read Less

This phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer. Read Less

This is a phase II, open-label, single-arm, multi-center Study conducted in Canada and the United States. Patients with NMIBC CIS (with or without resected papillary disease (Ta, T1)) that are considered Bacillus Calmette-Guerin ("BCG")-Unresponsive or who are intolerant to BCG therapy. BCG-Unresponsive is at least one of the following: At least five of six doses of an initial induction course plus at least two of three doses of maintenance therapy; or, at least five of six doses of an initial induction course plus at least two of six doses of a second induction course. Patients experiencing disease relapse within 12 months after finishing the second course of BCG therapy are considered BCG-Unresponsive. The Study will consist of approximately 100 to 125 patients who will undergo two (2) PDT treatments employing 0.70 mg/cm\^2 of Ruvidar® (TLD-1433) at Day 0 and Day 180. Read Less
