The goal of this registry database is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of functional ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation using SENSE protocol in patients with ischaemic VT. This study will enroll 120 women living with ovarian cancer following completion of initial treatment. Our objective is to test an intervention designed to provide support during the survivorship transition for this population, who live with a high degree of morbidity related to the illness and its treatment as well as a high risk of recurrence. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a highly prevalent disorder that is associated with both cardiovascular and metabolic dysfunction, such as hypertension, increased blood glucose levels and diabetes, obesity, and nonalcoholic fatty liver. While continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), the best available OSA treatment, has been shown to improve blood pressure in OSA, it does not appear to improve metabolic consequences of OSA, and other therapies for OSA-induced dysmetabolism are needed. Animal models of time restricted eating (TRE) demonstrate an improvement in glucose and lipid metabolism, even in the absence of a reduction of caloric intake. Some human studies have shown an improvement in metabolic dysfunction with TRE, though further well-designed studies are needed. The effects of TRE on metabolic dysfunction in patients with OSA, a population with a high predisposition to metabolic disorder, has never been examined. In this study, we will conduct a randomized clinical trial to assess the feasibility and efficacy of 12 weeks of TRE, versus standard eating (SE), to improve glucose regulation and cardiovascular health of participants with OSA. We propose to study approach/avoidance behavior as measured by the Approach Avoidance task in 20 epilepsy patients undergoing implementation of depth electrodes for seizure monitoring in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at MGH. We will also study the effects of VC/VS electrical stimulation on approach-avoidance conflict in 20 adult patients who have undergone DBS implantation for severe MDD and/or OCD. There are 100-200 patients in the world with DBS electrodes in the VC/VS, and our research team cares for more than any other institution. Both participant groups will be assessed with respect to reward-aversion decision conflict using the task. The task will be performed with concurrent EEG recordings in DBS patients, and with continuous recording through our invasive neurophysiology rig in EMU subjects. Read Less

This study aims to evaluate behavioral interventions in conjunction with medical rehabilitation to promote functional health in patients recovering from orthopedic surgery. Half of the subjects in this study will be assigned to an intervention that meets with a study therapist to discuss implementing healthy habits. The other half of subjects will assigned to an intervention group that meets with a study therapists to discuss implementing healthy sleep habits.
