The goal of this clinical trial is to test a behavioral intervention in pregnant women who identify as Black and live in Central Brooklyn. The main question it aims to answer is whether the WeCAB intervention leads to a net improvement in utilization of postpartum care compared to those receiving usual care. The WeCAB group will have a dedicated WeCAB community health worker who will be trained in digital care navigation. Researchers will compare the WeCAB group versus the group receiving usual care to see if the patients randomized to WeCAB will have higher rates of early post-partum care compared to patients in the control group. This demonstration study will evaluate the real-world implementation of long-acting cabotegravir (CAB-LA) for HIV pre-exposure prevention (PrEP) through a partnership between the OHSU Tele-PrEP Program (TPP) and the OHSU Home Infusion Pharmacy (HIP). The study will perform a formative evaluation of the TPP/HIP partnership to determine its merit and worth, with revisions made as needed to improve the program, which is reflective of a real-world program rollout. The study is observational, and there is no comparison group. The primary objective is to evaluate adherence to CAB-LA by both urban and rural participants using the TPP/HIP partnership. The goals of the study are improve the TPP/HIP program itself with attention to reducing geographic disparities, and to disseminate best practices and lessons learned to the broader HIV prevention community. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effect of maximal mental effort combined with elastic band training on strength and neuromuscular function in healthy, older females. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does elastic band training in combination with maximal mental effort increase strength more than elastic band training alone? * Does elastic band training in combination with maximal mental effort improve neuromuscular function more than elastic band training alone? Participants will be randomly assigned to 1 of 3 groups: * Elastic band training * Elastic band training with maximal mental effort * Control Researchers will compare groups to determine differences in changes in strength, neuromuscular function, and body composition. The goal of this observational study is to facilitate standardized nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) outbreak investigations in healthcare centers. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Are respiratory NTM isolates identified as having membership in a suspected healthcare outbreak highly related based on whole genome sequencing? * Does epidemiologic investigation support healthcare-associated patient-to-patient NTM transmission? * Does healthcare environmental sampling support healthcare-associated NTM acquisition? If healthcare-associated NTM outbreaks are suspected, participants identified as having membership in a cluster of highly-related NTM infections will complete a demographic questionnaire. Read Less

The Alzheimer's Network for Treatment and Diagnostics (ALZ-NET) will collect longitudinal clinical and safety data for enrolled patients being evaluated for or treated with novel FDA-approved Alzheimer's disease (AD) therapies. ALZ-NET is a longitudinal registry with an expandable platform, designed to grow with scientific and medical advancements. As new treatments are approved and implemented in care, ALZ-NET will track the long-term health outcomes associated with their use in a real-world setting. ALZ-NET is a resource for evidence gathering, information sharing and education across clinical and research communities, encouraging innovative research and supporting opportunities to improve clinical care delivery. Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) is a technique that uses ultrasound along with bronchoscope to visualize airway wall and structures adjacent to it. Pneumothorax is a known complication from EBUS procedure. To rule out a Pneumothorax after the procedure, a Chest -X-ray is usually done. Point-of-care sonography has emerged as an invaluable tool in the assessment of patients with both traumatic and non-traumatic dyspnea. Multiple studies involving bedside ultrasound has shown that a pneumothorax can easily be ruled out if pleural sliding sign or B lines are visualized on lung ultrasonography; the accuracy of lung ultrasound in ruling out pneumothorax approach computed tomography and exceed plain radiography. Preforming a lung ultrasound using the EBUS bronchoscope tip as a way to rule out pneumothorax has never been described previously. If this is possible it will obviate the need of getting a Chest -X-ray and decrease the dose of radiation that the patient is exposed to. In this study we will demonstrate that the feasibility of using the transducer of the EBUS Bronchoscope to perform bedside lung ultrasound to rule out pneumothorax. Read Less

This study aims to collect normative population data on the ultrasound radiographic parameters used to evaluate hip dysplasia in infants between 32 and 46 weeks of gestational age. This data would be utilized to develop a growth chart with standard deviations for this cohort that would be beneficial in the appropriate treatment of suspected hip dysplasia. Read Less

The purpose of this research study is to look at the brain's efficiency and ability to make up for deficits in the front of the brain to see if people living with HIV (PLWH) are still able to perform well on various cognitive tasks even though there are other underlying processes at work, like inflammation, that affect the brain in a negative way. Results of this study may provide insight into the pathophysiology of disease and may reveal arenas for future possible interventions in PLWH who have impaired neuropsychological performance.
