Effects of Two Novel Hydration Beverage Formulas on Rehydration in Adults
Recruiting
The electrolyte test products are composed of powder and provided in individual stick packs with 5 vitamins including Vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12 and Vitamin C. The products are gluten-, soy-, and dairy-free, and provide electrolytes at concentrations well below the daily value (DV). The DV tells us how much a particular nutrient in a serving of a food product contributes to a daily diet, based on a standard 2000 calorie diet. Despite what the name suggests, this product is taken orally, not intrav... Read More

Biofeedback Retention in Individuals With AKA
Recruiting
More than two million Americans are currently living with a full or partial limb loss, and an additional 185,000 amputations occur each year. The majority of amputations occur in the lower limbs. There are many potential causes for amputation, but the majority can be attributed to vascular diseases, such as diabetes, traumatic injury, and cancer. For these individuals, prosthetic devices play an important role in restoring mobility and enabling them to participate in everyday activities. However... Read More

Pre-Operative Ketamine Infusion for Post Operative Pain Control After Revision Spinal Surgery
Recruiting
To determine if a pre-operative ketamine infusion would provide a similar decrease in post-operative analgesic and opioid consumption as intra-operative ketamine, but expand the monitoring period through the post-operative phase up to 90 days. Hypothesis is that pre-operative ketamine infusion will lead to a decrease in narcotic consumption from baseline following an elective cervical or lumbar fusion, leading to increased functionality and quality of life for these patients.

ImPACT Normative Extension
Recruiting
The researchers want to find out more about a standalone software application, ImPACT Online and how it relates to other commonly used tests of memory, attention and reaction time. ImPACT Online is a computer-based neurocognitive test for concussion management. The test was designed to help measure the effects of concussion on cognitive processes (for example, memory, attention, brain speed) and visual functioning.

Imaging of T-cell Activation With [18F]F-AraG in Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This is a pilot study using \[18F\]F AraG PET imaging to evaluate the immunological response to checkpoint inhibitor therapy (CkIT) in patients with advanced NSCLC tumors at multiple study sites. The main objectives of the study are to quantify the change in \[18F\]F AraG PET signal before and after CkIT therapy, and to correlate this change in \[18F\]F AraG PET signal with a radiographic response.
