In this randomized controlled trial, study staff will randomize 130 Hispanic/Latino adults without dementia and over age 55 from Southern California and from Kaiser Permanente Washington (State) to either the culturally adapted De Pie physical activity intervention or an active comparison program focusing on general brain health topics. The purpose of this study is to determine if 12 weeks of the culturally adapted and fully remote De Pie y a Movernos intervention improves self-efficacy, habit strength, social support, and enjoyment for physical activity (PA), thus promoting adherence to moderate-intensity physical activity (MIPA) guidelines (150 minutes/week). This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of azenosertib in combination with trastuzumab deruxtecan in treating patients with HER2-positive and cyclin E amplified gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer and other HER2-positive solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced), that have spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Azenosertib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It inhibits a protein called Wee1. Inhibition of the Wee1 protein can make tumor cells more vulnerable to chemotherapy drugs, leading to tumor cell death. Trastuzumab deruxtecan is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is composed of a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called deruxtecan. Trastuzumab attaches to HER2 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers deruxtecan to kill them. Giving azenosertib in combination with trastuzumab deruxtecan may be safe, tolerable, and/or more effective in treating patients with locally advanced, metastatic, or unresectable HER2-positive gastric, gastroesophageal junction, or other solid tumors, compared to just trastuzumab deruxtecan alone. Produce prescription programs (PRx) are promising interventions for improving health outcomes for patients with both type 2 diabetes (T2D) and food insecurity, but uptake has been suboptimal. There is a critical need for scalable, evidence-based implementation strategies for improving PRx uptake and optimizing the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of these interventions. This study will co-design and pilot a community health worker (CHW) strategy and test the effectiveness of the strategy compared to PRx participants without a CHW. The overall objective of this study is to test and evaluate a theory-informed, user-centered community health worker (CHW) implementation strategy to improve uptake of a PRx, among Hispanic Medicaid-eligible patients with T2D in Connecticut (CT). The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of this MR-guided radiotherapy on tumor control of the dominant intraprostatic lesion among patients with intermediate risk prostate cancer. This study of Radiotherapy to the Prostate and Dominant Lesion Using Ultra-Hypofractionated, MR-adaptive Radiation Therapy aims to evaluate tumor control after definitive ultra-hypofractionated external beam radiation therapy (including a simultaneously delivered high-dose boost to a dominant lesion as detected on prostate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)) in patients with intermediate-risk prostate cancer. This will incorporate the use of multiparametric MRI for target segmentation and the use of the MR-linac with adaptive radiation planning to treat the prostate gland, incorporating a dose boost to the dominant intraprostatic lesion (DIL) that is visible on T2-weighted and diffusion-weighted imaging and de-escalation of dose to the remainder of the prostate. In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC) UNIFIED Natural History Study (UNIFAI). The FA-GCC is a group of study research centers that helps provide clinical care for FA patients and also helps researchers learn more about how FA affects patients over a long time. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA from UNIFAI. Some of the participants in this study will be prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. Some of the participants will have started taking BIIB141 after joining UNIFAI, but less than 12 months before joining this study. The main questions researchers want to answer in this study are: * How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. * How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants who had never started BIIB141 treatment before must start it within 6 months. Otherwise, all participants will take BIIB141 throughout this study as prescribed by their own doctor. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years. The purpose of this feasibility pilot study is to determine the effectiveness of Relative Motion Orthosis (RMO) in regaining finger range of motion compared to standard care in patients diagnosed with Proximal Interphalangeal (PIP) stiffness with an extension lag secondary to finger injury. Participants will be enrolled and randomized into groups receiving either standard conservative interventions or standard interventions in addition to the RMO.
