Patients having surgery to remove a liver or biliary tissue mass or having a biopsy of a mass or lesion will have a tissue sample collected and stored for future research of liver and biliary diseases. A blood sample may also be collected at the time of enrollment.

This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Using markers to prompt when scans should be ordered may be as good as the usual approach to monitoring disease.

This phase II trial studies how well venetoclax and azacitidine work for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia after stem cell transplantation. This trial studies the attitudes and beliefs of high risk patients and caregivers regarding the prescription of intranasal naloxone spray for opioid overdose. Knowledge regarding high risk patients' and caregivers' beliefs and attitudes regarding co-prescription of naloxone spray with opioids may help to identify barriers to prescribing and helping tailor the education to better meet the needs of patients and caregivers.

The primary goal of this project is to study the feasibility of a brain-dedicated PET insert for an MR scanner for simultaneous acquisition of PET/MR images of human brains. The study will also allow us to compare the imaging performance of the investigator's brain-dedicated PET insert against a commercial whole-body permanently integrated PET/MRI system using a common radiopharmaceutical.

Feasibility Tests for Various Prism Configurations for Visual Field Loss

The investigators will develop and test different configurations of high-power prisms to expand the field of vision of patients with visual field loss to assist them with obstacle detection when walking. The study will involve multiple visits (typically four) to Schepens Eye Research Institute for fitting and testing with the prism glasses. The overall objective is to determine best designs and fitting parameters for implementation in prism devices for future clinical trials.

This trial examines approaches to identify and care for individuals with inherited cancer syndrome. The purpose of this study is to offer no cost genetic testing to the general public. The primary aim of this project is to test the efficacy of a technology-supported lifestyle physical activity (LPA) intervention for preventing relapse among women with depression engaged in alcohol treatment.
