The goal of this study is to measure bacterial burden, specifically Staph aureus, and how it spreads between mothers and their infants. Researchers will evaluate if the amount of bacteria on their skin remains the same after mothers use a skin antisepsis treatment prior to delivering their infants. The investigators also aim to assess participant interest in and compliance with skin antisepsis treatments. The Metrix COVID Test will be evaluated for use in Point-of-Care and Non-Laboratory settings in a home testing environment utilizing the clinical study design described herein. The study will take place in simulated home environments which will be set up within or near active clinical settings (e.g., urgent care facilities). This will be a prospective study conducted at three or more investigational sites located within the United States for the clinical validation of the Metrix COVID Test for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 AN swab samples. Additional sites may be added to the study in order to meet minimum subject/sample enrollment requirements and geographic prevalence of respiratory virus infections. Comparator testing will be performed to determine the infection status of each sample for comparison to results generated by the candidate test. This is a guideline for the treatment of graft failure after hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). This regimen, consisting of cyclophosphamide and fludarabine with low dose total body irradiation (TBI) is designed to promote donor engraftment by day 42 after initial graft failure. The graft will consist of bone marrow or G-CSF mobilized peripheral blood from a haploidentical related donor. The source of stem cells will be determined by the transplant team based on factors such as patient's age, medical history, donor availability and will be according to the current University of Minnesota Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program selection guidelines. This is a single group study of participants with advanced solid tumors who have not been cured by other treatments. It is the first time the drug will be used in humans, and will be in two parts. The primary purpose of the parts are: * Dose Escalation Part: To evaluate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose and the recommended dose for expansion of ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXd). * Dose Expansion Part: To investigate the safety, tolerability and antitumor activity of I-DXd when administered as a single agent. This study is expected to last approximately 5 years from the time the first participant is enrolled to the time the last participant is off the study. The number of treatment cycles is not fixed in this study. This is a first-in-human (FIH) study to evaluate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of denikitug (also known as GS-1811) as monotherapy and in combination with zimberelimab in participants with advanced solid tumors. Several strategies or contexts help patients with Parkinson's disease to move more quickly or normally, however the brain mechanisms underlying these phenomena are poorly understood. The proposed studies use complimentary brain mapping techniques to understand the brain mechanisms supporting improved movements elicited by external cues. The central hypothesis is that distinct networks are involved in movement improvement depending on characteristics of the facilitating stimulus. Participants will perform movement tasks during recording of brain activity with EEG and MRI. The identified biomarkers may provide targets for future neuromodulation therapies to improve symptoms that are refractory to current treatments, such as freezing of gait. Read Less

This is a single center prospective study evaluating 124I-evuzumitide in patients with systemic amyloidosis. The purpose of this study is to 1)identify and characterize the distribution and uptake of 124I-evuzumitide in patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) and 2) Correlate the uptake with the structure and function of different organs, including the heart. To achieve these goals, eligible patients will undergo primarily hybrid positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (PET/MRI). In a subgroup of patients who are unable to undergo PET/MR, computed tomography will be used instead of MRI (i.e. PET/CT). In a subgroup of patients, repeat imaging with the same modality will be done at a interval of 6-12 months. This phase II trial tests how well fisetin and exercise works in preventing frailty in breast cancer survivors. Fisetin is a natural substance found in strawberries and other foods and is available as a nutritional supplement. Nutritional supplements may be useful in eliminating cells that have undergone a process called senescence. Senescence is when a cell ages and permanently stops dividing but does not die. Over time, large numbers of these cells build up in tissues throughout the body and can release harmful substances that cause inflammation and damage nearby healthy cells. Giving fisetin may eliminate senescent cells in patients with breast cancer undergoing physical activity. Read Less
