A pressure cuff occlusion will be used to stimulate blood flow dynamic that these instruments are designed to sense. This is a multi-center, sequential cohort, open-label, volume and dose escalation study of the safety, tolerability, and distribution of 186RNL given by convection enhanced delivery to patients with recurrent or progressive malignant glioma after standard surgical, radiation, and/or chemotherapy treatment. The study uses a modified Fibonacci dose escalation, followed by an expansion at the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) to determine efficacy. The starting absorbed dose is 1mCi in a volume of 0.660mL. The goal of this clinical research study is to learn which chemotherapy combination may be more effective in treating locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The side effects of these combinations will also be studied. This study treatment consists of intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and concurrent chemotherapy. For study chemotherapy, patients will be randomized between cisplatin or the combination of docetaxel and cetuximab. Subjects will be stratified depending on HPV status and the presence of ERCC-1 \[4F9\] in the tumor prior to randomization. The study will evaluate cisplatin vs. docetaxel-cetuximab in the overall population, and test which radiation and chemotherapy combination works best in relationship to how much ERCC-1 \[4F9\] is expressed in a tumor. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of deescalating chemoradiation treatment based on mid-treatment tumor response determined by rapid nodal shrinkage and clearance of circulating HPV plasma tumor DNA . This is a minimal risk case-controlled single arm intervention study, including 10 patients with a prior history of takotsubo and 10-age and sex matched healthy controls. Subjects will undergo in laboratory testing to measure autonomic function. They will then undergo a 15-week program of device-guided breathing with remote measures of autonomic function obtained at home. Analysis will determine the reproducibility of home autonomic measures and the provide preliminary data to determine the efficacy of device-guided breathing on autonomic measures and quality of life in patients with takotsubo. Study 1: The investigators are studying the feasibility and tolerability of 10x/day intermittent theta burst (excitatory) transcranial magnetic stimulation to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex over the course of 6 days for women with post-partum depression. The investigators further aim to characterize the anticipated anti-depressant effect of this treatment paradigm. Study 2: The investigators are studying the feasibility and tolerability of 12 sessions/day of intermittent theta burse (excitatory) transcranial magnetic stimulation to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex over 5 days for women with post-partum depression. The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if using advanced magnetic resonance imaging (AMRI) will improve the targeting of brain tumor needle biopsies compared to the standard targeting techniques. Researchers also want to learn how the results of the images and biopsies compare to each other to try to improve the way researchers and radiologists use AMRI images. This is an investigational study. The perfusion scan is not FDA approved or commercially available. It is currently only being used in research. There will be no cost to you for the advanced MRI, additional anesthesia, special pathology stains, and/or gene testing for this study. Up to 50 patients will take part in this study. This phase II trial studies the side how well hyperpolarized carbon C 13 pyruvate (HP C-13 pyruvate) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) works in monitoring patients with prostate cancer on active surveillance who have not received treatment.
