The investigators are investigating ways to incorporate new technologies that can enhance functional outcome after neurological insult into the patient recovery space. In order to accelerate the translation of these technologies to patient care spaces, the investigators need to identify the locations that are feasible for its use. Currently the investigators are using video game technologies that are used to maximize motor recovery of impaired upper extremities after neurological insult in the outpatient (clinic) setting. These technologies interface with robotics and other hardware to create a therapy experience that is fun, engaging, dynamic, challenging, and promotes repetitions that are otherwise difficult to achieve during conventional post-stroke rehabilitation. The investigators think early use of these technologies could enhance recovery of the arm, but It is not known if use of these technologies in the early post-stroke recovery period is safe and feasible. This study will assess the ability of a wearable stethoscope to monitor wheezing in high-risk asthma patients admitted at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This study is important to assist in the health management of patients with chronic lung diseases that can experience exacerbations leading to their health worsening and requiring hospitalization. The population that will be approached for this study will include 10 pediatric subjects hospitalized at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for an asthma-related exacerbation. Participants will wear the patches for up to 8 hours on their chest and back wall from their date of consent until their hospital discharge. This may range from the participant taking part in 1 to 14 visits that could last up to 8 hours. Read Less

Aim 1 of the proposed project will be to adapt the virtual Mindfulness-Based Therapy for Insomnia (MBTI) for individuals with Down syndrome (DS). The investigators will work closely with a community advisory board consisting of individuals with DS, their caregivers, and clinicians specializing in DS and sleep medicine to ensure that the intervention protocol is relevant and appropriate for young people with DS (age 12 and older). Planned adaptations include 1) utilization of visual aids and videos to increase engagement and reinforce mindfulness concepts and practices; 2) shortened meditation practices to accommodate concentration limits of individuals with DS; 3) caregiver involvement reflecting the important role of caregivers in daily functioning of individuals with DS; 4) adapted homework to cater to the learning styles of individuals with DS; 5) daily reminders to encourage regular practice and reinforce the importance of consistency; and 6) modified session structure to ensure that participants are able to discuss their experiences and refine their mindfulness practice. During the first 6 months of the project, the investigators will meet monthly with the community advisory board and use an iterative process to develop detailed intervention protocol for a virtual MBTI suitable for young people with DS. Aim 2 of the project will be to pilot test the efficacy of the virtual MBTI for young people with DS. In the second half of the one-year project, the investigators will conduct a pilot randomized clinical trial (RCT) of the intervention developed in Aim 1. This project will compare the effectiveness of Mindfulness Based Therapy for Insomnia (MBTI) and Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBTI) for young people with Down syndrome (DS). The interventions will be compared on their impact on improving sleep problems, quality of life, and functional outcomes. This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of iberdomide and how well it works in combination with daratumumab, elotuzumab, and dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed). Immunotherapy with iberdomide, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Daratumumab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It binds to a protein called CD38, which is found on some types of immune cells and cancer cells, including myeloma cells. Daratumumab may block CD38 and help the immune system kill cancer cells. Elotuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Dexamethasone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Giving iberdomide in combination with daratumumab, elotuzumab, and dexamethasone may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in patients with relapsed multiple myeloma. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effectiveness of an evidence-based multi-level intervention for weight loss and the feasibility, fidelity, and sustainability of implementing the intervention in low-income and underserved people living with obesity in Louisiana. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Will an evidence-based multi-level obesity intervention (called LA-CEAL CONNECT) in adults living with obesity in low-income and underserved communities achieve weight loss at 6 months compared to enhanced usual care? * Will LA-CEAL CONNECT sustain weight loss at 12 months? * Will LA-CEAL CONNECT improve waist circumference, diet quality, physical activity, quality of life, and blood pressure at 6 and 12 months? * Will LA-CEAL CONNECT be feasible to implement in adults living with obesity in low-income and underserved communities? Researchers will compare the LA-CEAL CONNECT multilevel weight loss intervention to enhanced usual care to evaluate if LA-CEAL CONNECT leads to greater weight loss and greater changes in waist circumference, diet, physical activity, quality of life, and blood pressure than enhanced usual care. Participants in both arms will: * Receive health literacy-tailored educational materials and resources for weight loss * Visit the clinic site for baseline, 6-month and 12-month study visits to collect clinical and survey measurements Participants in the CONNECT intervention arm will also: * receive health coaching * self-monitor weight and physical activity using digital technologies * attend group meetings to identify and increase utilization of community health and wellness resources Read Less

This study will test a model of providing treatment to Latinx/Hispanic youth, who experience suicidal thoughts and behavior, and their caregivers. An affirmative and culturally relevant treatment will be provided to all youth and half of the families will be assigned to the additional support of a community health worker (CHW). Youth symptoms and family engagement to treatment will be followed for nine months. The potential benefit of adding the CHW intervention will be assessed. Read Less
