The goal of this clinical trial is to understand if people recovering from anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) surgery will complete mental imagery training and if this will improve their injured leg's strength. The main questions are: * Will people complete a five-day mental imagery exercise schedule while in physical therapy for ACLR? * Does mental imagery exercise help raise leg strength during ACLR recovery? Researchers will also compare if different mental imagery exercises involving leg extension or squats will change leg strength. Participants will be asked to: * Participate in two testing sessions to make measurements of leg function * Complete about 10 minutes of mental imagery exercises once per day for five days at home and write down whether they complete the exercises. In this study, the investigators hypothesize that a high dose of post-workout protein nutrition regimen focused on food quality and an observed exercise regimen utilizing high-load resistance training initiated during or after cancer treatment will improve body composition and functional capacity. The investigators project, RESONATE, aims to investigate why some children develop obesity. To do this it uses data on eating and eating-related behaviors, genetic and environmental factors, and brain structure and function. This data is collected in a sub-sample of RESONANCE, a large study of families of children from infancy through childhood. The hypotheses to be tested are 1) Fiber supplementation will decrease the need for medication in patients with gestational diabetes, and 2) Fiber supplementation will decrease adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes in these patients. The rationale for this study is to observe differences in cognitive health outcomes such as short term memory and simple reaction time between a consumer-grade and commercially available Lion's mane mushroom product and a placebo control group. Additionally, the study aims to evaluate the impact of the product on cognitive function, mood, focus, motivation, sleep quality, and stress. A consumer-driven, decentralized observational clinical research study is therefore well-suited for evaluating the impact of this product in this population. The study will evaluate cognitive health outcomes in a broad age-range of adults who have chosen to try this product. The study will incorporate memory and cognitive function tests, participant reported outcome questionnaires and surveys. There is no "doctor-patient" relationship as part of this research since the participant as a consumer is making the informed choice to take the product and participate in the observational process with self-reported measures that can be done at home. Participants are being asked to take part in this study because treatment of his or her disease requires a stem cell transplant. Stem cells or "mother" cells are the source of normal blood cells and lead to recovery of blood counts after bone marrow transplantation. Unfortunately, there is not a perfectly matched stem cell donor (like a sister or brother) for the participant and his or her disease does not permit enough time to identify another donor (like someone from a registry list that is not his or her relative) or another suitable donor has not been identified. However, a close relative of the patient has been identified whose stem cells are not a perfect match, but can be used. Alternatively, the patient may have already received a stem cell transplant but have evidence of mixed chimerism, which means some of the patient's own bone marrow cells are present, rather than all of the donor's cells. This may lead to an increased risk of the disease coming back. Or, the patient may have all donor cells but his or her bone marrow is not working very well, which may lead to frequent blood or platelet (cells that help in clotting blood) transfusions or infection. Regardless of the reason, it may be necessary to isolate stem cells from a haploidentical (half-match) donor in order to provide bone marrow function. Because the stem cells from the donor are only half-matched to the participant, the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) is very high. GvHD is a complication after transplant caused by donor T cells (graft) that attack the transplant recipient, and this complication can cause death after transplant. Thus, it is important that the donor's blood cells are treated to minimize cells that are most likely to attack the host's tissues. This is done by using a special device to capture the CD34+ stem cells from the donor's stem cell product prior to giving the cells to the host. This method minimizes the donor T cells, which are responsible for causing GvHD. Purpose: In an effort to lower the occurrences and severity of graft-versus-host disease in patients and to lower the rate of transplant failure, investigators would like to specially treat the donor's blood cells to minimize the cells that are most likely to attack the patient's tissues. This clinical trial tests next generation sequencing (NGS) for the detection of precursor features of pre-myeloid cancers and bone marrow failure syndromes. NGS is a procedure that looks at relevant cancer associated genes and what they do. Finding genetic markers for pre-malignant conditions may help identify patients who are at risk of pre-myeloid cancers and bone marrow failure syndromes and lead to earlier intervention. Read Less
