This phase I trial studies the safety and side effects of cytomegalovirus (CMV) specific CD19-chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells along with the CMV-modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) triplex vaccine following a stem cell transplant in treating patients with high grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. CAR T-cells are a type of treatment in which a patient's T-cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T-cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Large numbers of the CAR T-cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion. Vaccines such as CMV-MVA triplex are made from gene-modified viruses and may help the body build an effective immune response to kill cancer cells. Giving CMV-specific CD19-CAR T-cells plus the CMV-MVA triplex vaccine following a stem cell transplant may help prevent the cancer from coming back. Read Less

The investigators are doing this study to learn more about how to prevent type 2 diabetes in teenage girls. The purpose of this study is to find out if taking part in a cognitive-behavioral therapy group, exercise training group, or a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and exercise training groups, decreases stress, improves mood, increases physical activity and physical fitness, and decreases insulin resistance among teenagers at risk for diabetes. The objective of this study is to conduct a randomized clinical trial to evaluate an opioid versus an opioid-free pathway of perioperative use of ketamine, ketorolac, and IV acetaminophen followed by the postoperative use of ketorolac, and oral acetaminophen for pain associated with robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of obtaining repeated measurements of lean muscle mass, physical function, and biological aging in children receiving active cancer therapy. The secondary objective is to evaluate the feasibility of using the D3-creatine dilution method (D3Cr) to measure skeletal muscle mass in children with cancer. Assessments will be collected at diagnosis, once during active treatment, and end of treatment in coordination with routine imaging to monitor changes in study outcomes during active cancer treatment. The purpose of this research study is to find out about what goes into a transgender and gender-diverse youth's decision to participate in research. The results of this study will be used to improve access to research for transgender and gender-diverse youth and therefore, improve the representation of transgender and gender-diverse youth as research participants in research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a physician led, multi-disciplinary approach to treating obesity that incorporates nutrition (mainly, using genetics to identify appropriate food intake), exercise, and motivational counseling. The investigators plan to recruit overweight/obese (BMI\>25) males and females to participate. Participants will be randomized to receive a personalized diet plan, or a standard care diet plan; both groups will participate in the exercise intervention. For a 6-month duration, both groups will be asked to improve their diet according to their dietary plan and participate in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (gradual increase up to 300 min/week). The investigators intend to evaluate standard outcomes of weight loss, and assess for any predictors of positive outcomes. Following the six-month intervention, participants will complete a 3-month no contact phase. This no contact phase will provide insight into the effects of the study on weight loss maintenance. Our team also plans to address acceptability by providing evaluations to study participants and conducting interviews with a small subset of participants to improve the intervention for the future. The purpose of this study is to evaluate if baclofen vaginal suppositories improve symptoms of Chronic Pelvic Pain (CPP). Participants in this study will take four short questionnaires prior to being randomized. Randomization is like flipping a coin; participants have an equal likelihood of being randomized to the treatment group (vaginal baclofen suppositories) or placebo group (vaginal suppository without baclofen ingredient). Participants will take their assigned treatment nightly for 8 weeks. Follow up visits will be at the 4 and 8 week time frames, when questionnaires will again be completed. Participants may receive additional treatments for CPP during the course of the study. After 8 weeks Participants will be offered a prescription for baclofen suppositories and the study drug will be stopped. Follow up on patient symptoms with questionnaires will again occur at 12 weeks. Read Less

Since 1980, the global prevalence of obesity, commonly defined as a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, has doubled. Importantly, high levels of central adiposity (i.e., abdominal fat) is associated with numerous PNI-related sequelae, including increased levels of psychological distress, cognitive deficits, ANS dysfunction, and immune marker abnormalities. To our knowledge, rigorous investigation of chiropractic's impact on psychoneuroimmunological (PNI)-related outcomes in people with high central adiposity is lacking. Based on limited evidence to date, it is plausible that clinically important PNI-related dysfunctions (e.g., heightened stress levels, executive function impairments, dysautonomia, immune dysregulation) common in this population could be ameliorated via chiropractic care.
