Assessing the Maternal Outcome Monitoring Systems
Recruiting
Pregnancy-related death is a growing public health issues, which are of particular concern to minority groups, including African-Americans and Spanish-speaking Latinas. Our proposal aims to improve a patient's ability to detect warning signs of pregnancy related death and seek medical care.

Physiologic Effects of Nasal High Flow on Exercise Tolerance in COPD
Recruiting
This study aims to assess whether to describe the effects of the administration of nasal high flow (NHF) at 70 liters per minute (L/min) in a 6-Minute Walk Test (6-MWT) among Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients and to characterize the association between self-reported dyspnea with and without NHF at 70 L/min following a 6-MWT.

Computer Game, Qualitative, and MEG/EEG Assessment of Serotonergic Psychedelics
Recruiting
The goal of this observational study is to learn how the brain's information processing changes during and following administration of serotonergic psychedelics (psilocybin, N,N-Dimethyltryptamine/DMT, Lystergic Acid Diethylamide/LSD, etc.) for people with and without mental illness receiving serotonergic psychedelics through any clinical trial at Yale University. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Do serotonergic psychedelics cause the brain to rely on new information more than previ... Read More

Free Time For Wellness 2+
Recruiting
Physical inactivity is pervasive and prevalent in the United States, particularly among women of low socioeconomic position, and women with children. Structural and social barriers make active leisure time a rare commodity creating a pressing health issue because physical inactivity increases the risk of chronic diseases and poor health. The broad objective of this study is to test the effectiveness of Free Time for Wellness (FT4W), an innovative multilevel physical activity intervention to incr... Read More

Self-Determination Theory-informed Occupational Therapy Program to Increase Physical Activity Among Survivors of Breast Cancer
Recruiting
We will evaluate a novel 8-week telehealth-delivered occupational therapy (OT) program among breast cancer survivors that seeks to promote engagement in aerobic physical activity (PA) and muscle strengthening exercise (MSE). The telehealth-based delivery of this OT program circumvents some barriers to OT access and participation (e.g., time burden; distance to OT clinic) among breast cancer survivors- particularly important for Oklahoma given that 33% of residents live in rural areas. Droperidol and QTc Interval Changes in ED Patients
Recruiting
Objectives To assess the association of low-dose Droperidol administration in the emergency department with changes in the QTc interval. Hypothesis Our study is designed to test the null hypothesis that there will be no clinically significant change in QTc interval after administration of 2.5mg of IV Droperidol during an emergency department visit.

Working Memory Training in Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test whether a special memory training program, called CogMed, can help people with early memory problems. The Investigators want to see if this training improves memory and also helps reduce stress. The Investigators also want to see if CogMed results in changes to a blood biomarker called p-Tau 217, which possibly indicate Alzheimer's disease (AD).

A Phase I Trial of 61Cu-NODAGA-PSMA for Patients with Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
Molecular Imaging (MI) uses tracers which emit radiation to provide clinically valuable imaging for patient with cancer. Most current MI agents utilize Fluorine 18 or Gallium 68 as the positron emitter for PET imaging. However, these isotopes have short half-lives which limit the geographic distribution range of tracers made with these isotopes. Copper 61 (61Cu) has a 3.3 hour half-life, which would allow for far greater distribution range following radiotracer production. This phase I trial wi... Read More
