The primary objective of this proposal is to test the efficacy of Connecting Latinxs en Pareja (CLP). CLP is a four-session intervention grounded in social cognitive theory and a relationship oriented ecological framework. The investigators will examine whether participants assigned to CLP report an increase in the proportion of HIV protected anal sex acts to those assigned to a Wellness Promotion (WP) time and attention matched control condition. The purpose of this research is to better understand the impact of receiving legal aid on HIV care continuum outcomes among formerly incarcerated individuals. In addition, the investigators would like to assess the effectiveness of a comprehensive training for providers in increasing knowledge about medical legal partnerships and improving clinic level outcomes, including communication among providers. The training includes several topics including health disparities impacting formerly incarcerated individuals, health-harming legal needs and risks, screening for health-harming legal needs and risks, medical-legal partnership structure and operations, prerequisites for MLPs, embedding legal expertise within regularized case management, co-location of legal services, and data collection and analysis. The purpose of this study is to assess a balance training program to see if it can be helpful to improve balance and avoid falls in people who have had traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). The study will involve three groups of research subjects: 1) TBI-intervention group, 2) TBI- non-intervention group and 3) the participants without disability group. The TBI intervention Group will participate in 10 robotic balance training sessions. Data will collected pre and post-training. TBI- non-intervention group will not receive any training. They will participate in two data collection sessions which are about 5 weeks apart. The participants without disability group will not receive any training. The overall hypothesis is that stabilizing transgender women financially while providing them tailored counselling will increase their odds of them linking to substance use services, PrEP services if they do not have HIV, and transgender women who are living with HIV will be more adherent to their ART treatment. The goal of this combination Type 1 hybrid and observational study is to evaluate the impact of a peer delivered intervention of acceptance and comittment therapy(ACT) + exercise + social support to address the substance (ab)use, violence, and AIDS/HIV (SAVA) to improve medication adherence for women living with HIV (WLWH). This intervention will be implemented by community based organizations that focus on WLWH across four counties. The main question it aims to answer are: * Will peer provision of ACT, exercise, and social support improve medication adherence for WLWH? * Will community based organizations be able to sustain the intervention after research is completed, and what changes will need to be made to sustain th eintervention. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effects of acute aerobic exercise at two different intensities on psychological measures, symptomology, and time to symptom free in collegiate student athletes with concussion. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does prescribed, acute aerobic exercise influence measures of pain related fear, anxiety, depression, symptoms, and recovery time? * Does the intensity of the exercise prescription also influence the aforementioned outcomes? Participants will be randomly assigned into either a light intensity or moderate intensity aerobic exercise (treadmill walking) group. They will initiate the exercise protocol 48 hours following their concussion diagnosis, and complete exercise sessions 5 times per week until they report symptom-free. Researchers will compare the light intensity group to the moderate intensity group to see if intensity of exercise influences psychological measures of pain related fear, anxiety, depression, symptomology, and time to symptom-free. The proposed study will test the usability and feasibility of a novel cognitive training (COGMUSE) for autistic adults with co-occurring insomnia (COGMUSE- AUT). Participants (n=15) will complete the cognitive training intervention for 60 minutes per day, 3 times per week for 6 weeks at home totaling to 18 hours. Weekly check-ins will be conducted by study staff over Teams to ensure adherence to the treatment and provide an opportunity for qualitative feedback on the game sessions played. During these 6 weeks, participants will fill out daily (2x/day) electronic sleep diaries and wear an actigraph device (GENEActiv). GENEActiv is a watch-like device that monitors light and movement activity. Read Less

The goal of this study is to understand whether providing information to women with a strong desire to avoid future pregnancy about how tubal sterilization compares to long-acting reversible contraceptives improves perceived access to available contraceptives. Participants will: * Complete a baseline survey * Receive access to web-based educational resources * Complete a brief follow up survey immediately after exploring these web-based resources * Complete a follow-up survey 3 months after enrolling The investigators will compare outcomes among participants provided with access to a new website (intervention) summarizing recent patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) comparing interval laparoscopic tubal sterilization and long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) to control participants provided with access to the existing Planned Parenthood website on tubal sterilization. Long-chain cyclopropane fatty acids (CpFAs) are microbially-derived lipids (fats), some of which can be found in select foods and appear to be produced naturally in the gut from dietary fatty acid precursors. Some of these lipids appear to have signaling properties in the body's tissues, i.e., to help regulate cardiometabolic health. Thus, increasing the bioavailability of CpFAs in humans may have utility to improve management of blood sugar and blood lipids, or to mitigate or prevent non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This study is a proof-of-principle experiment in 10 subjects, to feed dietary fats thought to enhance upper gut CpFA production. The latter will be monitored through post-meal blood and urine CpFA concentration measurements, as well as concentration in the stool. Read Less
