This clinical trial evaluates a community-based physical activity program for underserved cancer survivors. Cancer and its treatment significantly influence physical, psychosocial, and cognitive functioning. Historically, community sites (local and national) have not been staffed to offer support services such as physical, and occupational therapies (everyday life activities to promote health and well-being) or nutrition counselling, and do not offer a whole-person model of care. In this study, researchers have partnered with the YMCA to provide tailored home-based exercise programs for underserved cancer patients and survivors. Accessing exercise professionals may allow patients to prevent acute problems from becoming chronic, long-lasting physically weak impairments that directly influence patients' quality of life. Deficits in executive functioning (EF) disproportionately impact children living in poverty and increase risk for psychopathology, particularly disruptive behavior disorders. This randomized clinical trial seeks to determine whether childhood EF, assessed across neural and behavioral units of analysis, is an experimental therapeutic target that can be directly modified through caregiver participation in the Chicago Parent Program (CPP), if increases in EF predict reduced disruptive behavior trajectories in low-income children over a short-term follow-up period, and identify which CPP-driven parenting skill improvements are the most influential in modifying EF. This work will contribute new knowledge as to whether a cost-efficient parenting intervention, developed for and with low-income families raising young children in poverty, can modify EF, a neural behavioral mechanism implicated in risk for childhood disruptive behavior problems. Investigators will measure behavioral and brain responses following transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) (anode on right DLPFC, cathode on the left DLPFC) delivered during cognitive control network (CCN) priming. In Phase I, the EEG provided validation of expected changes in these networks following tDCS stimulation of the DLPFC. In this current phase (II), the investigators will perform a larger randomized clinical trial (RCT) (active vs. sham control) to address long-term neurobehavioral outcomes, including opioid relapse, craving, and sustained EEG changes. The aim of this study is to find out if using a certain kind of mesh can reduce the chances of hiatal hernias coming back after anti-reflux surgery. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and estimate the efficacy of combining anti-cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3) x anti-Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) bispecific antibody fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells (EGFR FPBMC) for patients with relapsed and/or refractory pancreas cancer. The iCOVER intervention was developed to rapidly restore functioning in individuals experiencing an Acute Stress Reaction (ASR). iCOVER is undergoing widespread adoption but has not been tested for efficacy. iCOVER was designed to be administered by peers, paraprofessionals, or medical personnel in 60-120 seconds, including in military operational environments. The term iCOVER is an acronym that summarizes the six specific steps of the intervention: (1) identify that an individual is experiencing an ASR; (2) Connect with the individual through word, eye contact, and physical touch to draw them back to the present moment; (3) Offer commitment so that the individual feels less psychologically isolated and withdrawn (e.g., "I'm right here with you"); (4) Verify facts - ask simple fact-based questions to engage the individual in deliberate cognitive activity; (5) Establish order of events - briefly review what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen to orient the individual; and (6) Request action to re-engage the individual in purposeful behavior. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: iCOVER, usual care, or physical presence with reassurance. Investigators have elected to use two different control conditions, in order to examine the reliability of the iCOVER intervention in comparison with two typical responses to individuals experiencing an ASR (i.e., physical presence with reassurance, no specific treatment).
