Enasidenib in Combination With Cobimetinib for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase Ib trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of a enasidenib in combination with cobimetinib in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Enasidenib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Cobimetinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called BRAF. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It... Read More

Prospective Exploratory Study of FAPi PET/CT With Histopathology Validation in Patients With Various Cancers
Recruiting
This exploratory study investigates how an imaging technique called 68Ga-FAPi-46 PET/CT can determine where and to which degree the FAPI tracer (68Ga-FAPi-46) accumulates in normal and cancer tissues in patients with cancer. Because some cancers take up 68Ga-FAPi-46 it can be seen with PET. FAP stands for Fibroblast Activation Protein. FAP is produced by cells that surround tumors (cancer associated fibroblasts). The function of FAP is not well understood but imaging studies have shown that FAP... Read More
