Vaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (vNOTES) is an emerging field in minimally invasive surgery. International consensus-based statement was recently published to help guide the basis for adopting vNOTES into clinical practice, including regarding patient selection. It was agreed that women with potential adhesions are not appropriate candidates for vNOTES approach including women with suspected adhesions due to history of severe pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or endometriosis. However, as some pelvic infections might be asymptomatic, pre-operation imaging might be beneficial to complete improved selection of patients. Moreover, women with previous severe PID or endometriosis might still have favorable pelvic to perform the vNOTES approach. The purpose of this study is to investigate the sensitivity and accuracy of non-invasive MRD assessment using liquid biopsy (blood draw) and functional imaging (whole body MRI) in participants with new diagnosed and previously treated multiple myeloma. The long-term goal of this study is to investigate whether non-invasive methods for MRD assessment can replace bone marrow aspiration and biopsy in a substantial percentage of participants with multiple myeloma. Our primary goal will be to identify the optimal prefrontal-cingulate target by systematically measuring the efficacy of various image-based targeting techniques to increase the reward positivity using the 10-Hz TMS protocol in dependent smokers. Our secondary objective will be to measure the targets' effectiveness to increase decision-making capacity using the probabilistic selection task (PST). Our third objective will be to specifically assess whether the TMS targets has a differential impact on state levels of craving relative to baseline (Tobacco Craving Questionnaire \[TCQ\]. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of an internet- assisted Career-Oriented Work-Related Soft-skills Training (iCareer) intervention, infused with cognitive behavioral therapy, targeting individuals ages 16-24 with mental health conditions, to improve employment outcomes. The overall objective is to help transition-age youth (TAY) with psychiatric disabilities achieve optimal employment outcomes as part of successful transition to adulthood. This study is to prospectively compare clinical effectiveness between clinically- matched incremental hemodialysis and conventional hemodialysis in patients with incident kidney dysfunction requiring dialysis and residual kidney function. The study will enroll 350 patients on chronic hemodialysis and 140 caregivers of enrolled patients. Patients will be randomized in 1:1 ratio to either incremental start hemodialysis or conventional hemodialysis. The primary goal of this study is to collect short-term and long-term health outcomes of a robotic transhiatal esophagectomy procedure. Clinical (or health) outcomes measure the effect of the procedure on your overall health status. During this procedure, the surgeon will remove all or part of your esophagus. We want to identify patients who will have this procedure. The purpose of this study is to determine if RRx-001, which is added on to the cisplatin and radiation treatment, reduces the incidence of severe oral mucositis in patients with head and neck cancers. All patients in this study will receive 7 weeks of standard of care radiation therapy given with the chemotherapy agent, cisplatin. The goal of this clinical trial is to test the anti-tumor activity of bortezomib in participants with Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) with PTEN Deletion.
