Researchers are looking for other ways to treat relapsed high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Relapsed means the cancer came back after treatment. High-grade means the cancer cells grow and spread quickly. Serous means the cancer started in the cells that cover the ovaries, the lining of the belly, or in the fallopian tubes. Standard treatment (usual treatment) for people with relapsed high-grade serous ovarian cancer may include: * Chemotherapy, which is a treatment that uses medicine to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing * Targeted therapy, which is a treatment that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread Raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd) is a study treatment that is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to a protein on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and/or safety of multiple therapies in patients with early-stage resectable NSCLC. Cohort B1 is a phase II cohort that will evaluate the safety, and efficacy of alectinib in combination with up to four cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy in the adjuvant setting post complete surgical resection. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the reach and effectiveness of the Refer2Quit intervention for increasing tobacco use treatment and quit rates among household members who smoke versus a treatment as usual group. The purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate healing, functional clinical outcomes, and safety of arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs augmented with the FiberLocker® System (encompassing the SpeedPatch® PET and the FiberLocker® Instrument SN). The primary outcome measure is healing evaluation based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at a minimum of 6 months post-operatively. The secondary outcome measures are the Sugaya classification, Goutallier Stage and tendon quality based on MRI as well as objective scores and patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) from validated outcome scoring systems. The study treatment, BAY 3713372, is under development to treat MTAP (methylthioadenosine phosphorylase)-deleted solid tumors. It is thought to work by blocking the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5). This may kill the MTAP-deleted cancer cells while sparing the normal cells. The main objective of this first-in-human study is to check if BAY 3713372 is safe for further testing and find the dose that could be used to treat different cancer types that are also MTAP-deleted in future studies. For this, the researchers will study and analyze: * the number of participants who have adverse events after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372 and their severity. * the number of participants who experience dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372, their severity and how often they happened. A DLT is a pre-defined medical problem caused by a specific dose of a drug that is too severe to continue using that dose. * the total amount of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called AUC) over time after single and multiple doses. * the highest level of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called Cmax) after single and multiple doses. Other than the main objective, researchers will also check for the number of participants who show a response to treatment and how long they live without the cancer getting worse. The study participants will receive BAY 3713372 (starting from low to high doses) in the study, to find the highest safe dose for further testing. Participants may take the study treatment as long as they benefit from the treatment without any severe medical problems. Participants will visit the study site: * at least twice before the treatment starts * multiple times when they start taking the treatment * once after 30 days of receiving the last dose and every 9 weeks after that until the cancer worsens, or the participant stops for any other reason During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * check participants' health by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking heart health using an electrocardiogram * check if the participants' cancer has grown and/or spread using computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and, if needed, bone scan * take tumor samples The study doctors and their team will contact the participants every 3 months until 2 years after the last participant's last dose or the end of the study to learn about the participant's health. This will be a two-arm investigator-initiated randomized controlled study of patients with nHCM and LV ejection fraction ≥50% and NYHA II-III symptoms, normal intrinsic conduction system and pre-existing suitable dual-chamber implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD) systems. Patients will be randomly assigned to either personalized accelerated pacing (using the myPACE+ algorithm with mono-fractional exponent) or usual care groups. At baseline and after 3 months of pacing all patients will undergo a CPET, echocardiogram, blood work for NT-proBNP levels and complete the KCCQ-OSS and HCMSQ, questionnaires. The investigator team hypothesizes that personalized accelerated pacing will be safe and improve symptoms and heart-failure related quality of life, physical activity, pVO2, biomarkers (i.e. NT-proBNP), diastolic parameters and cardiac structure. Addiction and trauma exposure are common among the 5.5 million people (1 in 47 adults) in the U.S. who are in prison or under supervision. About 85% of people in prison have a substance use disorder or are there for a drug-related crime, and many have experienced serious trauma before being incarcerated. Posttraumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) are often a result of trauma and are linked to more severe drug use, higher rates of relapse, and increased crime. PTSS and substance use disorder (SUD) each raise the chances of new arrests for people who are justice-involved, showing that addressing trauma and addiction could help reduce repeat offenses and the costs of incarceration. However, treatments for PTSS are rarely available in prisons, and there is little research on whether providing therapy for PTSS in prison can lower drug use, PTSS, or crime after release. The goal of this clinical trial is to see if trauma-focused group therapy (CPT) provided while in prison, can help people after release from prison. The therapy has been adapted for use in prisons (CPT-CJ) and will be compared to trauma focused therapy delivered via a self-help workbook This study will: * test whether a trauma-focused group therapy (CPT-CJ) can reduce post-incarceration drug and alcohol use, mental health issues, and drug-related crime, compared to trauma-focused self-help, * evaluate a strategy called implementation facilitation, which helps support the use of this therapy in prisons, and * measure the cost of the therapies and support strategies to help plan for future expansion. Incarcerated participants (N = 640; 50% female) will be enrolled from \~10 prisons in \~5 states, ensuring variability in population and setting characteristics. They will: * take surveys and answer questions up to 5 times (before starting treatment, right after getting treatment, right before leaving prison, 3 months after leaving prison and 6 months after leaving prison) * complete CPT group therapy or self-help therapy * provide urine samples 3 months and 6 months after leaving prison Prison stakeholders (e.g., prison staff, prison leadership, governmental officials; N = \~15 per site) who will be purposively sampled based on their role in CPT-CJ implementation will also participate in some surveys. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the SAGE LEAF (Social Augmentation of self-Guided Electronic delivery of the Life Enhancing Activities for Family caregivers) online positive emotion skill-building program delivered through Caregiver Serving Organizations can help family caregivers of individuals with dementia cope with stress. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How does SAGE LEAF affect positive emotion, caregiver burden, loneliness, and depression for family caregivers? * What are the challenges and successes when rolling out an online program in partnership with Caregiver Serving Organizations? Participants will complete the 8-week online SAGE LEAF intervention as well as two survey assessments, one before the intervention and one after. Read Less

The trial will test if two repurposed HIV antivirals can reduce symptom burden in adult participants with Long Covid compared to placebo. Viral infection and viral reactivation have been documented in Long Covid. Participants will be randomly allocated to receive antivirals, Truvada (tenofovir disoproxil/emtricitabine, TDF/FTC, Group 1) or Selzentry (Group 2), or a placebo (pill) (Group 3), taken daily for 90 days. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the rate of response (how effectively treatment is working) with signs of potential cure at 5 years after the start of induction treatment. This is defined as a composite of sustained (at least 2 years) minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity with complete response/stringent complete response (CR/sCR) and a positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) scan that does not show any signs of cancer at 5 years. MRD negativity and CR/sCR is defined as no detectable signs of remaining cancer cells after the treatment. This study will also characterize how well the treatments administered work in the study through progression-free survival (PFS). PFS is defined as the length of time during and after the treatment of a disease, that a participant lives with the disease, but it does not get worse. Read Less
