Rady Children's Hospital San Diego (RCHSD), UCSD Division of Child and Community Health and the Center for Community Health, and Northgate Gonzalez (NG) Markets will collaborate to create a Produce Prescription Program (Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program) to be implemented in the RCHSD Diabetes Clinic. We will provide families on Medi-Cal who have a child with T2DM with a fruit and vegetable prescription (FVRx) which will enhance their ability to purchase GusNIP-eligible fresh fruits and vegetables (FV). These prescriptions will be delivered in the form of an electronic voucher that can be filled at any NG Markets throughout San Diego and Riverside counties. The goal of this program is to increase the purchase and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, decrease food insecurity, and improve metabolic outcomes for children with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The primary aims of this study is to characterize exosomal biomarker levels in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy. Compare rates of exosomal expression before during and after chemoradiation therapy with pathologic response rates at the time of APR or LAR. As a result, little is known about disease prognosis and few effective treatments exist for this condition. This prospective observational cohort study aims to comprehensively characterize the clinical and biological features of HS. Conventional monopolar or bipolar transurethral resection of bladder tumors is the most common method for resection of a bladder mass. En bloc resection has demonstrated success in the literature utilizing different techniques and lasers, including utilizing the Ho:YAG and Tm:YAG lasers. A recent metanalysis revealed several benefits to laser en bloc resection including less complications and lower recurrence rate.22 Subsequently, laser technology has also advanced with the development of a super pulsed TFL which overcomes many limitations of prior traditional lasers. Olympus' SOLTIVE™ TFL, which has demonstrated improved maneuverability and control, has a shallow depth of tissue penetration at 0.15mm leading to precise resection and optimal hemostasis. Despite these beneficial characteristics and qualities along with the promising utility of en bloc resection, the Olympus SOLTIVE™ TFL has not been described in en bloc resection of bladder tumors.
