The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of using the VIS Opti-K System to enable monovision by providing temporary improvement in near vision through the treatment of the non-dominant eye of low myopic, emmetropic and low hyperopic presbyope subjects. The main questions it aims to answer are determining uncorrected near visual acuity at 40cm in the treated eye and subjective improvement as measured by the patient satisfaction questionnaire.

The present study seeks to examine the implementation process of culturally tailoring screening and brief intervention for both chronic pain and opioid misuse/opioid use disorder in three American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) serving clinics. The investigators also will assess staff perspectives on this implementation as well as a survey to understand clients at these sites who have chronic pain and opioid misuse/opioid use disorder.

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate if the use of Bone Morphogenic Protein(BMP)/Demineralized Bone Matrix (DBM) versus the use of autologous Iliac Crest Bone Graft (ICBG) will result in an increase in total cost effectiveness for patients undergoing alveolar bone graft (ABG) for Cleft Lip and Palate (CLP) and to see if patients who are treated with DBM/BMP will have reduced post-operative pain scores,reduced operative times,and similar rates of bone healing compared to conventional ICBG.
