Accelerated Intermittent Theta-Burst Stimulation (aiTBS) in Treatment-Resistant Depression of Bipolar II Disorder
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of accelerated intermittent theta-burst transcranial magnetic stimulation (aiTBS) in inducing anti-depressant responses in individuals with treatment-resistant depression of bipolar II disorder. This is a double-blind, randomized, sham-controlled trial that targets a single location on the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (LDLPFC) using the MagPro rTMS system.

Improving Equitable Access to Naloxone to Prevent Opioid Overdose Deaths Within Syringe Service Programs (SAIA-Naloxone)
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effectiveness of a multi-faceted implementation strategy, the Systems Analysis and Improvement Approach for Naloxone (SAIA-N), in syringe service programs (SSPs). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does SAIA-N improve naloxone distribution (number of doses, number of people receiving naloxone) compared to implementation as usual (IAU)? * Does SAIA-N improve equitable naloxone distribution (number of doses to Black, Indigenous, and Peopl... Image-Guided Biopsies to Identify Mechanisms of Resistance in Patients With Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer Treated With 177Lu-PSMA Radioligand Therapy
Recruiting
This clinical trial studies mechanisms of resistance to 177-lutetium prostate specific membrane antigen (177Lu-PSMA) radioligand therapy using image-guided biopsies in patients with castrate-resistant prostate cancer that had spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Diagnostic procedures, such as image guided biopsies, may help in learning how well 177Lu-PSMA works to kill tumor cells and allow doctors to plan better treatment.

Is Sensorimotor Training Effective Following a Distal Radius Fracture?
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to compare the short-term outcomes of individuals who have surgery (volar plate) for a wrist (distal radius) fracture who have routine hand therapy treatment versus routine hand therapy treatment and sensorimotor activities. Individuals who meet inclusion criteria at the facilities collecting data will be invited to participate. If they agree to participate, they will randomly and blindly (via concealed envelopes) be assigned to the control (routine treatment) or the... Read More

Anti-Inflammatory Challenge in Schizophrenia
Recruiting
This research project will explore negative symptoms of schizophrenia, such as motivational deficits, by examining the relationship between inflammation and reward-related brain regions. To accomplish this, we will administer a single infusion of either the anti-inflammatory medication infliximab or placebo (n=10 per group) to patients with high inflammation. This study is important because schizophrenia can be a chronic and debilitating neuropsychiatric disorder and negative symptoms are some... Read More
