The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effectiveness of a multi-faceted implementation strategy, the Systems Analysis and Improvement Approach for Naloxone (SAIA-N), in syringe service programs (SSPs). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does SAIA-N improve naloxone distribution (number of doses, number of people receiving naloxone) compared to implementation as usual (IAU)? * Does SAIA-N improve equitable naloxone distribution (number of doses to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and other sub-groups, number of BIPOC and other sub-groups receiving naloxone) compared to IAU? * What are the costs associated with SAIA-N and how cost-effective is the strategy? SSPs randomized to the SAIA-N arm will participate in the strategy for a period of 12-months during which they will meet 1-2 times each month with a SAIA coach who will assist the SSP in optimizing their naloxone distribution. Researchers will compare SAIA-N to IAU to see if naloxone distribution, equitable naloxone distribution, and costs and cost-effectiveness differ by group. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to compare the short-term outcomes of individuals who have surgery (volar plate) for a wrist (distal radius) fracture who have routine hand therapy treatment versus routine hand therapy treatment and sensorimotor activities. Individuals who meet inclusion criteria at the facilities collecting data will be invited to participate. If they agree to participate, they will randomly and blindly (via concealed envelopes) be assigned to the control (routine treatment) or the sensorimotor treatment group. Data collection will occur at 3- and 6-weeks post initiation of skilled therapy and will include measurement of joint position sense, function via the Patient Rated Wrist and Hand, pain via the Numeric Pain Rating Scale, and range of motion at the digits and wrist. This study will fill a scientific gap in the current knowledge providing data for evaluation of the palatal augmentation prosthesis (PAP) as a therapeutic modality in a robust scientific randomized prospective clinical trial. Positive outcomes from this study have the potential to dramatically alter the most common issues of oral cancer therapy, namely speech and swallowing functions. Patients will have been diagnosed with a cancer lesion on their tongue requiring surgery and removal of part of the tongue. Smaller cancers of the tongue are sized as T1 or T2. For patients with smaller lesions, a PAP, which can aid in speaking and swallowing is not routinely provided with the device. Read Less

This research project will explore negative symptoms of schizophrenia, such as motivational deficits, by examining the relationship between inflammation and reward-related brain regions. To accomplish this, we will administer a single infusion of either the anti-inflammatory medication infliximab or placebo (n=10 per group) to patients with high inflammation. This study is important because schizophrenia can be a chronic and debilitating neuropsychiatric disorder and negative symptoms are some of the most difficult aspects of schizophrenia associated with worst functional outcomes. These symptoms do not typically respond to antipsychotic therapies, and as such, there are no current medications to treat negative symptoms. Read Less
