Tocilizumab Delivered Via Pleural and Peritoneal Catheters in Patients With Advanced Metastatic Cancer

The purpose of this study to find out if tocilizumab can be safely infused into chest or abdominal cavities of patients with malignancy ascites (MA) or malignant pleural effusions (MPE). Patients will have a total of 4 doses, one dose administered each week. Each dose will be greater than the previous one.

Clinical Evaluation of Full Contour Zirconia Chairside CAD/CAM Crowns

This investigation will be a randomized, prospective, longitudinal clinical trial to study the clinical performance of a new monolithic, zirconia material with shade, translucency and material graduation for chairside CAD/CAM crowns. The restorations will be luted either with a self-adhesive luting material or a conventional cement. The crowns will be evaluated for a period of two years.

Exparel and Education to Avoid Opioids After Carpal Tunnel Release

This trial seeks to use the long acting local anesthetic Exparel, in conjunction with opioid education, to attempt to avoid any post-operative opioid use following carpal tunnel surgery. This group will be compared with a "standard" group that receives non-liposomal bupivacaine, opioid education, and opioids.
