This study will examine the feasibility of virtual Tai Chi Easy training for registered nurses and see if participation results in changes in symptoms of transition shock, healthcare-related psychological traumatic stress, burnout, somatic symptoms, and intention to quit. Participants will do virtual Tai Chi Easy for 2 hours per week and practice on their own for 40 minutes per week. The study will last six weeks. The app (called eyeFusion) can potentially be used to easily and quickly collect critical flicker fusion measurements on patients admitted with optic disorders as part of the clinical care process. There are two study periods for the TCU JCOIN project. The primary aims of Study 1 (approved by the TCU IRB) are (1) to gather information from staff on the current treatment referral process within participating communities and (2) to learn about the existing interrelationships between medical and community behavioral health (CBH) providers. TCU IRB granted approval for Phase 1 on 11/07/19, approval number: 1920-60-AM1. Study 2 (under current review by the TCU IRB) includes recruitment across 18 community collaboration sites across 3 states; these communities will participate in the TCU Opioid-Treatment Linkage Model (O-TLM) protocol. The O-TLM is focused on best practices for improving screening, identifying and linking to MOUD providers, reducing stigma, and addressing other important factors that impact justice-involved individuals returning to their communities. Along with their agency records, information collected from justice-involved individuals within the target communities will be examined to assess O-TLM impact on improving public health and public safety outcomes. Furthermore, stakeholder staff across community organizations, including criminal justice and treatment agencies, will be asked to complete surveys on the O-TLM regarding its acceptability and adoption, as well as on best training strategies. This study is a postmarketing requirement jointly carried out by four NDA holders (Bayer AG, Bracco, GE Healthcare and Guerbet) and the CRO IQVIA. The study aims to create detailed images of the organs and tissue of the human body during x-ray, CT-scan or MRI investigations, doctors are using contrast media (a kind of dye) which can be given to patients by injection into a blood vessel or by mouth. In this study researchers want to find out whether so called gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCAs) have an effect on body movement and mental skills when given to participants multiple times within 5 years. The study plans to enroll about 2076 participants suffering from a condition for which they are likely to have at least annually a MRI or another imaging examinations. Only adults up to 65 years will be considered to join this study. During the study duration of 5 years participants will receive annually a MRI or other imaging tests (such as CT-scan, x-ray) and will visit the study doctor at least 7 times for physical examinations, laboratory investigations and tests on body movement and mental skills. New IDEAS is an observational, open-label, longitudinal cohort study designed to address the requirements of the CED provisions of the NCD on beta-amyloid PET. The goal of this collaborative R01 is to demonstrate the therapeutic value and community-wide implementability of an early intervention (EI) platform for toddlers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that is completely virtual, from recruitment through intervention. This platform-Early Social Interaction Mobile Coaching (ESI-MC) deploys individual telehealth sessions with coaching and feedback to help families embed intervention in everyday activities. Specifically, the investigators will conduct an effectiveness trial of ESI-MC to address the important question of whether starting evidence-based intervention earlier leads to better outcomes than starting later. The investigators will address this question by using a modified stepped wedge design and blended implementation research to analyze data obtained with ESI-MC start at 18, 24, or 30 months. The investigators will diagnostically ascertain 240 children from a pool of 360 18-month-olds with early signs of autism, 30 in each of 8 US regions (Central and SW Florida; Atlanta, GA; suburbs of Philadelphia, PA; New York City, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; and Los Angeles, CA). Research participants will be recruited using a new virtual platform-My Baby Navigator-linking a new surveillance and screening tool, an app to upload video-recorded home observations and telehealth intervention sessions, and a package of educational resources. The 240 children will be randomly assigned to one of three ESI-MC timing groups. ESI-MC will be delivered by community-based early intervention providers (EIPs) currently working within the the early intervention system in the recruitment regions. The investigators will measure child active engagement and social communication change every 6 months as the primary outcome variables. Outcome measures of developmental level, autism symptoms, and adaptive behavior will be examined to measure differential treatment effects. Maximizing the use of mobile technology, ESI-MC offers the prospect of a community-viable, scalable and sustainable treatment to improve EI services for toddlers with ASD, particularly among minority and low-resource communities. The purpose of this interventional study is to compare SynEx Wound Cleanser with the current routine care (Saline) in traumatic wounds. Participants with gunshot, penetrating or burn wounds who participate will be asked to attend up to four study visits, use the assigned wound cleanser and complete brief surveys about their healing and well-being related to the wound healing. The primary specific aim of this Field Test aim is to evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of administering the intranasal scopolamine gel in operational field settings using both astronaut and ground-control subjects that are exposed to provocative motion as part of their assigned duties. For the ground-control subjects, these may include motion simulations (e.g., centrifuge), parabolic flights and/or Orion capsule recovery operations. Astronaut participants may choose to test Inscop during provocative preflight training exercises (e.g., centrifugation), and can choose to take the medication prophylactically to prevent symptoms or after symptom onset to treat motion sickness during the launch and/or landing mission phases. Both ground-control and astronaut participants will be required to test the medication during a training session to monitor for adverse side effects. Participants in the field test aim will complete short debrief questionnaires to capture motion sickness symptoms, side effects, and feasibility comments. The investigators will also include field "control" subjects who did not take (INSCOP) to comment on what countermeasures subjects used and their effectiveness. The investigators will be recruiting astronaut participants from free-flier missions (e.g., SpaceX Polaris Dawn), Private Astronaut Missions (e.g., Axiom), and standard missions to the International Space Station.
