Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) devices are non-contact instruments that can measure the depth of scars, other causes of cloudiness of the cornea, and degree of corneal thinning in patients with keratoconus. Laser Custom Corneal Collagen Cross-linking (CXL) significantly decreases corneal aberrations and improves vision. This study will use OCT-guided setting for the lasers used in the corneal smoothing portion of the laser custom CXL procedure to assess the affect on visual outcomes. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to see if OCT technology can optimize scleral contact lens fittings. Subjects with keratoconus, post-penetrating keratoplasty (PK), post-LASIK ectasia, post-radial keratotomy (RK), or a variety of anterior surface disorders requiring scleral lens fittings will be considered for enrollment. For each study eye, a clinically-selected scleral lens fit will be compared against an OCT-selected lens fit. The quality of each lens fit will be determined by flourescein exam at the slit lamp. Apical clearance, limbal clearance, conjunctival compression, and lens edge lift will be assessed. A lens that satisfies all four criteria will be considered satisfactory. Read Less

In this study twenty-five (25) subjects with Crohn's disease scheduled for possible surgical intervention will be recruited for this study and a PET/MR scan using the collagen-binding radiotracer will be performed. The study aims to establish the performance figures of PET/MR using \[68Ga\]CBP8-PET for preoperative detection and differentiation of strictures with a fibrotic component in patients with Crohn's disease by using surgical and histologic findings (when available) as the standard for comparison. Furthermore, the investigators will determine the performance figures with which strictures are identified and characterized by PET/MR using \[68Ga\]CBP8-PET compared to each modality in isolation (PET alone or MR alone). Blood and tissue markers for fibrostenosis will be explored (either predictive or as biomarkers for fibrotic burden), using histologic and molecular testing by using surgical and histologic findings (when available) as the standard for comparison. Lastly the investigators want to determine the performance figures with which strictures are identified and characterized by PET/MR using \[68Ga\]CBP8-PET compared to each modality in isolation (PET alone or MR alone). This clinical study is an open-label, Phase 1, dose-escalation study to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the drug product produced by Administering CRX100 alone and in combination with Pembrolizumab in advanced solid malignancies. Patients will be screened and evaluated to determine whether or not they meet stated inclusion criteria. Enrolled subjects will undergo leukapheresis to enable the ex vivo generation of CRX100. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), malignant melanoma (excluding uveal melanoma), gastric cancer, triple negative breast cancer, and osteosarcoma.
