The purpose of this research study is to determine the safety and feasibility of using the UroNav software and DynaCAD software for planning and treating prostate cancer as an add on to the already approved workflow of using ultrasound only during the cryoablation of the prostate. The software application may aid doctors in locating a prior biopsy proven cancer location from the UroNav biopsy that patients previously had and then use that information to guide the treatment. Up to 250 patients from anywhere in the United States can remotely consent and participate to have plasma drawn locally and submitted to Foundation Medicine, Inc. (FMI), for the FoundationOne® Liquid Biopsy Assay. Patients who have had resistance mechanisms determined through other assays can also consent to share these data. The Investigator(s) will compare mechanisms of acquired resistance across drugs (e.g. sotorasib vs adagrasib) and between tumor types (e.g. NSCLC vs CRC) to determine if different resistance mutations arise in these settings. The purpose of this double blind, randomized control trial would be to test the efficacy of a once daily, multi strain symbiotic on gut health changes in weight loss surgery patients by testing stool samples prior to administration and then three months post administration of the symbiotic to monitor any changes in bacteria in the stool samples. The objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of STAT, an activity-based therapy protocol compared to standard therapy (ST) to improve functional outcome and reduce disability in patients recovering from burn injury. This randomized multi-center trial is designed with two parallel treatment groups: STAT and ST. Efficacy of the STAT protocol will be determined through comparison to the ST only group. The objective of this study is to collect baseline data from a normative population of adolescents who participate in organized "land-based" sports, that gender and age matches some of the population of patients expected to be treated at Mary Bridge Children's Therapy Services, MultiCare affiliated therapy centers, and Mary Bridge Specialty Clinics who will be seen in the Research and Movement Lab. This project will recruit 40 patients between the ages of 13-25 years old. The purpose of this pilot study is to investigate the efficacy of medical play in the dental setting to improve the behaviors and cooperation of neurotypical patients during dental visits. The specific aims of the study are as follows: 1. To evaluate differences in behaviors and cooperation levels of subjects utilizing medical play before a routine dental exam visit in comparison to those undergoing a routine dental exam visit without use of medical play. 2. To evaluate whether subjects who have a dental exam visit, with or without use of medical play, show improved behaviors and improved completion of components of the dental exam compared to their previous routine dental visit. 3. To evaluate provider perceptions of the behavior and cooperation of children using medical play before dental exam visits compared to dental exam visits without medical play. 4. To evaluate caregiver perceptions of the behavior and cooperation of children using medical play before dental exam visits compared to dental exam visits without medical play. 5. To evaluate patient perceptions of the dental exam, visit when medical play is used in comparison to dental exam visits without medical play. The hypotheses are as follows: 1. Subjects will have increased positive behaviors and improved cooperation during dental exam visits when medical play is utilized beforehand. 2. Providers will report improved behavior and cooperation from patients when medical play is utilized beforehand. 3. Parents will report improved behavior and cooperation from their children and report greater satisfaction with the dental visit when medical play is utilized beforehand. 4. Patients will report experiencing less anxiety, via the Modified Child Dental Anxiety Scale - Faces Version (MCDAS-f) after appointments in which medical play is utilized. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immune response of the killed flu vaccine in healthy subjects. Participants in this study are considered to be healthy volunteers. Influenza ("Flu") infection carries a risk of serious illness. This is an open label and single arm observational study designed to assess the humoral response to influenza vaccination and the longevity of humoral immunity to influenza vaccination in healthy adults. Enrolled subjects will receive licensed seasonal inactivated influenza vaccine (administered as a part of the study). Participants will donate serial samples of blood and bone marrow aspirate for immunology monitoring. Repeated measurements of humoral immunity will be obtained at 7 days, 28 days, 90 days and at one year post vaccination to assess the magnitude, clonal diversity and persistence of B-cell responses to influenza vaccination.
