An Evaluation of Repeated Oral Doses of JNJ-64281802 Against DENV-3 Challenge

The investigational study drug, JNJ-64281802, is being developed for the prevention and treatment of dengue infection. This study is hypothesizing that the highest dose of the investigational study drug is superior to receiving a placebo with respect to its antiviral activity in healthy adult participants inoculated with Dengue Serotype 3.

Effect of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine on Constipation in Parkinson's Disease

The aim of this pilot study is to investigate the effect of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) in decreasing constipation symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease (PD). A second but optional aim is to determine if OMM changes the bacterial flora of the mouth and gut. OMM is a safe and gentle manual treatment provided by osteopathic physicians. All participants will receive OMM during the second half of the eleven week trial.

The purpose of this study is to determine if postpyloric feedings effectively improve objective measures of pulmonary health in preterm infants with chronic lung disease when compared with nasogastric (NG) feedings.
