Coronary bifurcation lesions are lesions (or blockages) that occur at or near the intersection of a major coronary artery and one of the arteries' side branches. Numerous techniques and devices have been developed to treat coronary bifurcations; however, these types of lesions remain some of the most challenging, both in terms of procedural success and outcome. This study is designed as an observational, multi-center registry that will collect information on treatment strategies and outcomes of consecutive patients undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) in coronary bifurcations among various participating centers, in order to determine the frequency of bifurcation PCI, the procedural strategies utilized, and the procedural outcomes. The goal of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability or efficacy of adjunctive treatments (including rosuvastatin 20 mg daily) in combination with standard anticoagulation therapy (Factor Xa inhibitors) in patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Approximately one fourth of cases of endometrial cancer (EC) are diagnosed in premenopausal women, of whom approximately 40% wish to preserve their fertility. When arising in young women, EC usually presents with favorable prognostic features, as a focal, well differentiated endometrioid tumor, with minimal or absent myometrial invasion. This profile corresponds to the Type 1 EC, which correlates with the estrogen/progesterone receptor positive (ER+/PR+) pattern. On the other hand, these patients frequently present with clinical signs of a hyperestrogenism (chronic anovulation, infertility, obesity). Primary progestin therapy has been demonstrated to be effective in early well differentiated tumors and in poor operative candidates with response rates ranging from 58-100%.Currently, the therapeutic approach to an early stage EC consists of a staging laparotomy/laparoscopy, including a total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (TAH-BSO), peritoneal washings, and lymphadenectomy (pelvic and aortic), depending on the pathological risk profile pre- and intraoperatively determined. Therefore, the current standard of surgical approach is preclusive of fertility. The worldwide experience and data on conservative management of EC are, however, still limited. Most of reports based on cases retrospectively collected, harboring potential methodological bias, using different treatments and drugs, and with insufficient follow-up. Some systematic reviews have been published in the last decade, trying to summarize the literature data. Therapeutic results seem to be promising with a regression rate of approximately 75% and relapse occurring in 25-40% of cases, with anecdotical reports of deaths of disease (DOD). The fertility outcome was, however, not satisfying with about 30% pregnancy rate in patients attempting to conceive, and an overall low rate of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) despite the subfertile clinical profile.Therefore, there is a need for a prospective, multicentre cooperative project able to systematically collect data from consecutive patients treated according to defined (not necessarily identical) protocols, concerning the oncological, as well as, the obstetrical outcomes. Background: - Cord blood transplants can treat cancers and other diseases in children and adults. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires cord blood to be collected and stored under certain safety standards. However, most available cord blood units were collected before the FDA set these standards. These units may not meet FDA standards, but they do meet similar standards set and followed by the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP). Cord blood units that do not meet the new FDA standards may be used for transplants only as part of a research study. Doctors want to allow people who need transplants to receive cord blood that meets NMDP standards but may not meet FDA standards. Objectives: - To allow selected cord blood units that do not meet current FDA standards to be used for transplant. Eligibility: - Individuals who need cord blood units for transplant, and who best match cord blood units that are not FDA-licensed. Design: Participants will provide consent to receive cord blood that meets NMDP standards but may not meet FDA standards. Participants will remain on the study for observation for up to 1 year after transplant, or until they withdraw from the study for personal or medical reasons. Read Less

The APR began as the 'Zidovudine in pregnancy Registry' in January 1989 and became the 'Antiretroviral Pregnancy Registry' in January, 1993. The purpose of the APR is to detect any major teratogenic effects involving any of the Registry drugs when administered to pregnant HIV positive women. The Registry is intended to provide an early signal of teratogenicity associated with prenatal use of the antiretroviral drugs. The Registry collects data on prenatal exposures to antiretroviral drugs, potential confounding factors (such as maternal age, disease status during pregnancy), and information about the outcome of the pregnancy. The Registry is managed by INC Research. The scientific conduct and analysis of the Registry data are overseen by an independent Advisory Committee consisting of members from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the academic sector. Registry data are obtained from participating providers who encompass physicians in private practice as well as hospitals and community clinics. Rotator cuff tears can usually be repaired with excellent results, however some chronic, extensive rotator cuff tears are not reparable secondary to tendon retraction with inelasticity, muscle atrophy, and fatty infiltration. Arthroscopic superior capsular reconstruction (SCR) utilizing allograft or autograft tissue has been shown to restore superior glenohumeral stability and function of the shoulder joint in patients with irreparable rotator cuff tears. Grafts utilized for SCR have included fascia lata, hamstring autograft, human acellular dermal tissue matrix (HADTM), and acellular porcine dermal xenograft. Due to donor morbidity associated with autografts and the graft rejection potential of xenograft, HADTM has become a common graft of choice for SCR. Grade 2 neuroendocrine tumors have an intermediate rate of progression following embolotherapy of liver metastases. The combination of capecitabine and temozolomide has been shown to be an active regimen in this disease. Both drugs are radiosensitizers, and in a safety and feasibility study were combined with yttrium-90 radioembolization with acceptable additive toxicities and better than expected response and duration of disease control. This study expands use of this regimen in a Phase 2 investigation to confirm efficacy of the integrated chemoradiation technique. Read Less

This protocol will evaluate fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) as a strategy to eradicate intestinal colonization of extended-spectrum resistant (ESC-R) Enterobacteriaceae in pediatric patients. FMT will be performed on subjects with a history of at least one infection due to ESC-R Enterobacteriaceae.
