BFR Training on a Bike to Augment RC Strength, Leg Strength, and VO2 Peak
Recruiting
This study will investigate if subjects who bike at 40% of heart rate reserve (HRR) with blood flow restriction (BFR) applied to bilateral thighs for 10 minutes (at 80% limb occlusion pressure) will experience greater gains in 10 rep max for dominant lower extremity leg press, greater gains in rotator cuff strength (hand held dynamometer testing for supraspinatus and external rotators) and greater gains in VO2 peak.

Bronchial NIR Image-guided Resection
Recruiting
This is a clinical trial to evaluate the use of peritumoral injection of near-infrared dye indocyanine green to identify lung lesions and sentinel lymph nodes. The primary purpose is to determine if the use of ICG injected via navigational bronchoscopy, CT-guided or transthoracic allows us to identify the first lymph node that drains from the tumor, and thus would be the most likely site for metastatic disease, and remove it for analysis to improve the ability to detect tumor in this node and to... Unobtrusive Sensing of Medication Intake ("USE-MI")
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the USE-MI system hardware and software to see if it can accurately measure when subjects take their HIV-related medications and help them remember to take these medications. With the use of a smartwatch and smartphone "app", investigators hope to be able to monitor medication adherence in real-time and send subjects electronic reminders when they may have forgotten to take their medication.

Neural Correlates of Stress and Perceived Control in Adolescent Depression
Recruiting
Lack of perceived control, particularly during stress, has been critically implicated in major depressive disorder (MDD) and anhedonic symptoms, especially among female adolescents; yet the neural underpinnings of perceived control disruptions in MDD remain poorly understood. Using functional magnetic resonance imaging with a novel "value of control task" in conjunction with a prospective design, this study will provide a comprehensive understanding of stress and perceived control related mechan... Targeting Anhedonia in Cocaine Use Disorder
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to examine anhedonia as a potential moderator of treatment outcomes for Cocaine Use Disorder (CUD). Specifically, this study will investigate how anhedonia affects outcomes in contingency management (CM) treatment for CUD and whether anhedonia mediates the effects of adjunctive treatment with a dopaminergic (DAergic) drug, d-amphetamine, on outcomes in CM for CUD, as well as investigate the contribution of anhedonia to overall CUD severity.
