This study aims to determine differences in experimental pain and sex hormone levels between patients with migraine, patients with endometriosis, patients with migraine and endometriosis, and healthy controls. Participants will complete surveys, experimental pain paradigms and collection of samples for hormone analyses.

A Phase II Study of AAA617 Alone and AAA617 in Combination With ARPI in Patients With PSMA PET Scan Positive CRPC

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AAA617 alone (Lutetium \[177Lu\] vipivotide tetraxetan) and in combination with an Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibitors (ARPI) in participants with PSMA-positive, castration-resistant prostate cancer and no evidence of metastasis in conventional imaging (CI) (i.e., CT/MRI and bone scans). Approximately 80 participants will be randomized.

The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans.
