A Study With NKT3964 for Adults With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The goal of the Dose Escalation phase of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary anti-tumor activity to determine the preliminary recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of NKT3964 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The goal of the Expansion phase of the study is to evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity of NKT3964 at the RDEs based on objective response rate (ORR) and determine the preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D).

Impact of COL7A1 Gene Therapy on SCC Recurrence in RDEB Skin
Recruiting
The study objective is to see if BVEC induced C7 expression in Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB) skin following Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) excision will normalize the invasive tumor microenvironment and reduce tumor recurrence. Prevention of SCC's in the RDEB subjects will increase their life span.

Study of Obeldesivir to Treat Children With Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Infection
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical study is to check if obeldesivir (ODV; GS-5245) is safe and well-tolerated by children with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. It will also look at how well ODV helps reduce the time it takes for children to feel better and for their RSV symptoms to improve. The primary objectives of this study are: a) to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ODV in pediatric participants with RSV infection; b) To evaluate the efficacy of ODV on time to alleviation of targe... Long-term Safety of Nipple Sparing Mastectomy in Women With GPV in Breast Cancer
Recruiting
Patients with a germline pathogenic variant (GPV) in high-penetrance breast cancer susceptibility genes who are considering risk reducing mastectomy (RRM) often strongly desire to keep their nipple areola complex but inquire as to whether it is safe to do so. Relative to traditional or skin sparing mastectomy (SSM) techniques, nipple sparing mastectomy (NSM) is associated with improved psychosocial and sexual well-being and is significantly better for body image and reducing feelings of disfigur... Using Bitter Taste Receptor Blockers to Improve the Palatability of Pediatric Medicines
Recruiting
Many people, particularly small children, must take drugs in liquid form because they cannot swallow pills or capsules. The bad taste of some liquid drugs can keep patients from taking drugs they need for their health. Our main goal in this research study is find ingredients that might make drugs taste better. Participants in this research study will be healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 60 years old. Participants will taste samples (liquids or gels) containing active pharmaceutical ingr... A Phase 1b/2 Multisite Dose-finding and Expansion Study of WTX-330 in Adult Patients With Selected Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors or Lymphoma
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug WTX-330 when administered using a fixed dose regimen or a step-up dose regimen in adult patients with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumors or lymphoma. In addition to safety and tolerability, the study aims to: * determine the maximum initial dose of WTX-330 that may be used in the step-up dose regimen * determine whether the step-up dose regimen can increase WTX-330 exposure in patients due to... Dual Mobility Acetabular Cups in Revision TJA
Recruiting
The aim of this study is to the compare clinical outcomes of patients undergoing a revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) with the use of a dual mobility bearing versus a single bearing design with the use of a large femoral head (36mm or 40mm). We hypothesize the use of dual-mobility components in revision THA will be associated with a lower dislocation rate in the first year following surgery.
