This study investigates the efficacy of a telehealth exercise program designed specifically for rural cancer survivors with cancer-related fatigue (CRF). Small dried blood samples and measures of physical function will be collected throughout the program. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the exercise program improve CRF in rural cancer survivors? * How do CRF, metabolism, and physical function change during the exercise program? Researchers will compare the program to a wait-list control group. This group will complete all study measures without without changing current physical activity before receiving the full exercise program. Participants will: * Complete a virtual physical assessment before and after the program. * Complete brief virtual assessments and collect dried blood samples (at home and mailed in) every two weeks during the program. * Receive a personalized exercise program including virtual sessions and remote exercise programming with a cancer exercise specialist (after a 12-week wait period in the wait-list control group). * Optional: Willing participants will visit a study site for a laboratory-based exercise assessment before and after the program. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the possible treatment of severe alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a condition that causes hair loss. This study is seeking participants who have: * at least 50% scalp hair loss due to alopecia areata. * received varicella vaccination (2 doses) or have been infected by varicella zoster virus before based on blood test reports. * history of clinical response failure to alopecia areata treatment (for children in EU/UK only). All participants in this study will receive either study medicine (ritlecitinib) or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicine being studied. One-third of participants will receive ritlecitinib higher dose, one-third participants will receive ritlecitinib lower dose, and one-third participants will receive placebo. The study medicine is a capsule that is taken by mouth. It is taken once each day at home. The study will compare the experiences of participants receiving ritlecitinib to participants receiving placebo. This will help see if ritlecitinib is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for 6 months. During this time, they will have 8 study visits at the study clinic. The study team will also call participants about 8 times over the phone. Study Objective The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate if biophoton therapy, delivered by Tesla BioHealing® Biophoton Generators (Biophotonizer), can treat diabetes. Study Design This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled intervention clinical study to assess the effectiveness of biophoton therapy in treating diabetes. Approximately 46 volunteers will participate in the study. Study Randomization The biostatistician will prepare a randomization schedule including a serial of subject numbers. A subject number will be randomly assigned to each study participant, which will assign them to either the control group or the treatment group. This phase lasts for 4 weeks. At the end of Week 4, the active devices will replace the placebo. Both groups will be actively participating in the study for 2 months (8 weeks). Other than the Informed Consent Form (ICF), all study information will be recorded by using the subject number. The Principal Investigator, study physicians, study nurses, data-entry specialists, and biostatisticians, as well as the participants, will be blinded about who received which product during the first two weeks of study participation. Study Enrollment Each potentially qualified volunteer will review the Informed Consent Form online (e-ICF) and Enrollment Criteria online (e-Criteria) first, then discuss the e-ICF and e-Criteria with the study team medical professional via telephone during the scheduled time. Each qualified volunteer will sign the e-ICF and send it to the Medical Office Coordinator. This study will look at whether motivational sessions (including regular calls with a trained health coach) in combination with time-restricted eating (TRE) is an effective way to achieve weight loss and lower cardiometabolic risk in adult survivors of childhood cancer. The researchers will look at how effective this intervention is compared to the usual approach, which is to review educational materials and measure weight once a month. Suicide has been the third leading cause of death for Black youth in the U.S since the 1980s and persists as a leading cause of death for Black youth today. For example, in 2018 suicide was reported as the 2nd leading cause of death among Black Americans ages 10 to14 years old. Findings yielded from recent queries indicate that the gap in suicides among Black males and female youth has narrowed in recent years. Despite these disturbing trends, a dearth persists in our understanding of the factors that contribute to and prevent against suicide in Black youth, thus diminishing researchers' ability to effectively detect suicide risk in this particular population. This project aims to redress this gap by proposing the cultural adaptation of an existing suicide prevention intervention, the Signs of Suicide (SOS) prevention program, for Black middle school students. Our team will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial among a sample of Black middle school students to assess feasibility and examine underlying mechanisms that contribute to suicidality among Black youth. Intervention content will be adapted to assess how topics of racial identity, racial socialization, and racial discrimination uniquely impact Black youth's mental health experiences and risk for suicide. Measures of suicidal ideation, planning, and attempt will be assessed at pre-test, post-test, and 3-months after the intervention. Findings derived from this project will contribute to public health priorities by offering unique insight into the factors that either prevent or promote suicide among Black youth and could be replicated in other schools serving Black students across the nation. This clinical trial studies how well exercise training works in improving immune activity and treatment tolerance and response in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who are receiving immunotherapy. Immunotherapy may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The use of immunotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC has been rapidly increasing. Although immunotherapy have shown great potential in cancer therapy, not all patients benefit from this therapy and resistance to it can occur. This could be due to poor immune activity. It has been shown that exercise can enhance systemic immune activity in various ways. The exercise training used in this study is aerobic interval training. Aerobic interval training increases the heart rate and the body's use of oxygen and alternates short periods of intense aerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This may cause biological changes which may improve immune activity and treatment response in patients with NSCLC who are receiving immunotherapy. Read Less

In this study, researchers are examining the best sequence of interventions for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and tinnitus. Participants will either receive psychotherapy for PTSD first (Cognitive Processing Therapy; CPT), followed by treatment for tinnitus (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Tinnitus; CBT-t); or vice-versa.
