The goal of this study is to improve the mental health of home health aides, a workforce that provides care for adults at home but whose own health has been historically poor. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Will a health program called Living Healthy, which provides health education and support with positive thinking, be used by home health aides and do they like it? * Does Living Healthy actually improve home health aides' mood compared to what they usually do to take care of themselves? Participants in the study will get an 8-week health program called Living Healthy over 3 months. Some of the participants will also have a 'peer coach' who is another home health aide who's been trained to help them with the program and learn some ways to feel better. The study will compare the experiences of home health aides who get Living Healthy plus a peer coach with those who only get the Living Healthy program. Read Less

Immunoglobulin light chain (AL) amyloidosis is the most common form of systemic amyloidosis. AL amyloidosis has many root causes and is characterized by the overproduction of AL that are secreted by clonal bone marrow plasma cells. This is a study to determine adverse events and change in disease activity in adult participants with AL amyloidosis treated with ABBV-383. Etentamig (ABBV-383) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of AL amyloidosis. This study in broken into 2 parts (dose escalation and safety expansion) with 5 arms. During dose escalation (arms 1-3) participants will receive 1 of 3 doses of ABBV-383 to determine the part 2 doses. After completion of the dose escalation portion of the study, the safety expansion (part 2) portion of the study will begin. Two arms (arm 4-5) will begin and participants will receive 1 of 2 doses as determined during the dose escalation portion (part 1). Around 76 adult participants with relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis will be enrolled at approximately 20 sites across the world. Participants will receive Etentamig (ABBV-383) as an infusion into the vein for up to approximately 2 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. In this study, the researchers will look at whether having participants switch from durvalumab to sotorasib when they have detectable minimal residual disease (MRD) is an effective treatment approach for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC). The researchers will see whether this switch to sotorasib can control LANSCLC longer compared to the treatment approach of staying on durvalumab (and not switching to sotorasib). Read Less

This trial is a multicenter, randomized, controlled study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BioREtain® Amniotic Membrane (BR-AM) plus standard of care versus standard of care only in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. The trial design will control potential variables that may affect the outcome between the treatment group and the control group by standardizing the requirements for debridement, wound dressings, and offloading. Weekly subject visits will help monitor compliance in wound care and off-loading, as well as to document when wound closure is achieved. The study will also implement the use of an electronic imaging and measurement device using a standardized protocol to ensure the measuring of the wound surface area and volume is accurate, highly reproducible, and minimally variable. There will also be a crossover treatment phase for those patients that were relegated to standard care only. After their 12-week standard of care treatment phase and for only those subjects that did not achieve complete wound closure, will be allowed to crossover for an additional 12 weeks of treatment with the BR-AM product following the protocol and procedures set forth within this document. The goal of this study is to learn the extent to which client-therapist brain activity may synchronize during a psychosocial intervention for depression symptoms. The study will compare behavioral activation, a client-centered type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, to psychoeducation which delivers information on strategies to recover from depression symptoms. Participants will answer questions about their mental and physical health, attend one psychosocial intervention session receiving either Behavioral Activation or Psychoeducation with simultaneous brain activity measurement and complete follow up surveys two weeks and one month following the intervention. The purpose of this study is to identify pharmacokinetics of postpartum ketamine infusion. This study will assess ketamine kinetics and metabolism in this setting. Ketamine is expected to exert different kinetics during the physiologic state of post-pregnancy. The goal in conducting this study is to better understand the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of postpartum ketamine infusion. A secondary goal is to compare these kinetics to reproductive age matched controls and to assess sex differences in ketamine pharmacokinetics. The peripartum group of this study will receive ketamine after cesarean delivery, while the control group will consist of non-pregnant female subjects and male subjects receiving the same infusion protocol.
