This study will assess the safety and tolerability of RO7497372 in participants with DME. The study consists of 2 parts. Part 1 will test multiple-ascending doses of RO7497372 after unilateral intravitreal (IVT) administration in participants with DME. The main purpose of Part 1 is to provide data for RO7497372 safety and tolerability, as well as to characterize the ocular and systemic pharmacokinetics (PK), systemic anti-drug antibodies (ADA), and duration of target engagement, i.e., the pharmacodynamics (PD) in aqueous humor (AH) and blood. This phase II trial tests how well a ruxolitinib-based graft versus host disease (GVHD) prevention (prophylaxis) regimen works before, during, and after bone marrow/stem cell transplantation (hematopoietic cell transplantation \[HCT\]) in patients with acquired aplastic anemia. Acquired aplastic anemia (AA) is a condition in which the bone marrow is unable to produce blood cells. Affected patients typically present with infections due to abnormally low number of neutrophils, bleeding due to low platelet count, and/or fatigue due to a lower-than-normal number of red blood cells (anemia). Its incidence varies with age, occurring most frequently in patients aged 2-5 years, 20-25 years, and 55 years and older. Treatment of AA includes either immunosuppressive therapy (IST) or bone marrow/stem cell transplantation (HCT) with first-line therapy in younger adults often being HCT, while adults over 40 still frequently trial IST first due to the morbidity and mortality concerns with HCT. GVHD is a common complication after donor stem cell transplantation, resulting from donor immune cells recognizing recipients' cells and attacking them. Ruxolitinib, a drug in a class of oral medications called JAK inhibitors has been approved for the treatment of acute and chronic GVHD. It has also been shown to decrease GVHD when used in the prevention setting in patients with myelofibrosis. The current study aims to assess whether adding ruxolitinib to a standard GVHD prevention regimen may reduce the risk of Grade II-IV acute and chronic GVHD after bone marrow/stem cell transplantation in older patients with acquired aplastic anemia. TRL1068 is expected to eliminate the pathogen-protecting biofilm in the prosthetic joint and surrounding tissue, thus making pathogens substantially more susceptible to established antibiotic treatment regimens. This Phase 2 study is designed to assess efficacy and safety of TRL1068 in combination with a DAIR (debridement, antibiotics, and implant retention) procedure for chronic prosthetic joint infections of the knee and hip, specifically, eliminating the need for the standard of care 2-stage exchange surgery, so that the original prosthesis can be retained. This phase II trial tests how well the combination of epcoritamab and lenalidomide work in treating patients with immunodeficiency-related large B-cell lymphoma that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed). Epcoritamab is an immunotherapy that engages T-cells in the immune system to help redirect their killing effects against lymphoma cells. Lenalidomide can modulate the immune system to enhance killing effects of lymphoma by the immune system as well. Giving patients a combination of epcoritamab and lenalidomide may work better in treating refractory or relapsed immunodeficiency-related large B-cell lymphoma. Read Less

Bipolar disorder is a severe chronic mood disorder that affects up to 4% of the adult population in the United States. This study will assess how safe and effective ABBV-932 is in treating participants with bipolar I or II disorder. ABBV-932 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of depressive episodes in adult participants with bipolar I or II disorder. Study doctors put participants in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 4 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Around 160 adult participants with bipolar I or II disorder will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites worldwide. Participants will receive oral capsules of ABBV-932 or matching placebo once daily for 6 weeks. The treatment period will be followed by a safety follow-up (SFU) period for 4 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular weekly visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires. Read Less

The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug GS-0151. The study is done to find how safe, well-tolerated the drug is. This will also assess how the drug is absorbed, modified, distributed and cleared from the body (the pharmacokinetics (PK) of the drug), when given multiple times to participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The goal of this clinical trial is to explore possible benefits and mechanisms through which listening to music can improve health and wellness. The main goals of the study are: * To investigate whether pre-survey measures of autonomic reactivity relate to the overall functioning of participants. * To examine the immediate effects of listening to the augmented music. * To identify individual characteristics that influence the immediate effects of listening to the augmented music. Participants will: PHASE 1: * Complete the online pre- and post-surveys * Listen to the brief music demo * Listen to the full 15-minutes music session PHASE 2: * Complete the online pre- and post-surveys. * Heart rate data will be collected continuously for about 25 minutes. It will be collected for 5 minutes before and after the intervention, and for 15 minutes during the intervention. * Provide pre- and post- music saliva samples (1.5mL). * Listen to full 15-minutes music session. This is a phase 2 open-label two cohort study of durvalumab plus monalizumab in patients with BCG-unresponsive or BCG-exposed CIS NMIBC. Arm A will enroll 43 participants who have cancer in situ (CIS) with or without high grade papillary urothelial cancer. Arm B will enroll 17 participants who do not have cancer in situ (CIS) but do have high grade papillary urothelial cancer. Eligible patients will be enrolled to receive up to 13 cycles of monthly combination of monalizumab and durvalumab.
