This study will randomly assign 2,300 older adults on waiting lists at fourteen Meals on Wheels programs in Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and California into two groups who will receive: (a) daily delivery of meals, five days a week or (b) a shipment of 10 frozen meals, every two weeks. Improving the Health and Social Participation of People With Disabilities From Underrepresented Groups Post COVID

This is a single-arm community-based feasibility study examining recruitment, retention, adherence, and satisfaction with ENGAGE, a community-based intervention designed to address pandemic-related social isolation among people with disabilities. We will also examine preliminary, within-group effects on social participation. The findings of this study will inform a larger trial to examine intervention efficacy.

The Development of PATH, a Program to Support NICU Parent Mental Health Through the Transition From Hospital to Home
Recruiting
The objective of this study is to develop and pilot test a telehealth-based mental health screening and engagement program that supports parents as their infants transition home from the NICU. The program will use a stepped-care approach to screen parents for depression, anxiety, and PTSD; provide a brief behavioral intervention to those who screen as having at least a low risk of these conditions; and provide a warm hand-off to community mental health services for those at medium to high risk.

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using a combination of pembrolizumab and olaparib when given before and after standard chemoradiation therapy in treating locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Pembrolizumab and olaparib are drugs that are approved for head and neck cancer treatment. However, FDA has not approved the use of these two drugs together in treating head and neck cancer.
