Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial (LMI-001-A-S02)
Recruiting
This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. It is known to cause a variety of cancers including cancer of the cervix. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer early, many individuals do not un... Read More

Genetic Analysis of Birt Hogg-Dube Syndrome and Characterization of Predisposition to Kidney Cancer
Recruiting
This study will investigate the genetic cause of Birt Hogg-Dube (BHD) syndrome and the relationship of this disorder to kidney cancer. BHD is a rare inherited condition characterized by papules, or bumps benign tumors involving hair follicles on the head and neck. People with BHD are at increased risk of developing kidney cancer. Scientists have identified the chromosome (strand of genetic material in the cell nucleus) that contains the BHD gene and the region of the gene on the chromosome. This... Read More

Zimberelimab and Domvanalimab in Combination With Chemotherapy Versus Pembrolizumab With Chemotherapy in Patients With Untreated Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The primary objective of this study is to compare the effect of zimberelimab (ZIM) and domvanalimab (DOM) in combination with chemotherapy relative to pembrolizumab (PEMBRO) in combination with chemotherapy on overall survival (OS) in patients with untreated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with no actionable genomic alteration.

Pilot Prospective Study for PET-CT Imaging in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Acute Leukemias
Recruiting
Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) accounts for about 25 percent of childhood cancers and for about 20 percent of adult leukemias. The disease can be treated with CAR T-cell infusion but non-central nervous system (CNS) extramedullary disease (EMD) is associated with lower rates of complete remission. 18-fludeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) has been shown to be effective for detection of non-CNS EMD in ALL. Pre and post CAR T-cell infusi... Read More

Combined Exercise and Targeted Therapy for Post-Stroke Reading Deficits
Recruiting
The goal of the proposed project is to test the effectiveness of a novel hybrid approach to treatment of reading disorders after stroke, in which exercise training will be used in combination with a targeted reading treatment. This approach is expected to increase cerebral circulation and help to rebuild and strengthen the damaged phonological neural networks. Through this combinatory approach, the study aims to enhance the reading and language improvements seen with existing treatments.
