The purpose of this research is to compare two different approaches for treating patients with tension-type headaches: thrust Manipulation, electric dry Needling and exercise Vs. non-thrust mobilization, soft-tissue mobilization, exercise and TENS. Physical therapists commonly use all of these techniques to treat tension-type headaches. This study is attempting to find out if one treatment strategy is more effective than the other.

This will be a 6-month randomized clinical trial with two arms: moderately carbohydrate-restricted diet and a fat-restricted control diet. This 6-month study will have 2 phases: a 12-week controlled feeding phase and a 12-week "free living" phase. The goal of this trial is to develop an Independent Music Listening tool for stem cell transplant patients that have prolonged hospitalizations. The main questions it aims to answer are:

Background:
Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is an aggressive cancer of the bile ducts. People with CCA have few treatment options and poor survival. Researchers want to see if a new drug can stop or slow CCA growth.
Objective:
To find the safest and most effective dose of tivozanib to treat CCA and learn its overall response rate.
