The goal of Safety Lead-In is to confirm the safety of tafasitamab when given to patients with SSc, SLE, and LN.
The goal of Phase 1 is to find the recommended dose of AD-PluReceptor-NK cells in combination with tafasitamab and lymphodepleting chemotherapy that can be given to patients with the disease.
The goal of Phase 2 is to learn if the dose of AD-PluReceptor-NK cells found in Phase 1 in combination with tafasitamab and lymphodepleting chemotherapy can help to control the disease.

The purpose of this study is to test the safety, effects, and recommended dose of an investigational drug, ziftomenib, in addition to the standard treatment on blood cancer with Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (allo-HCT). This is a phase 1/2 multicenter, open-label umbrella platform study that will evaluate the safety and efficacy of sacituzumab tirumotecan (MK-2870) plus paclitaxel versus ramucirumab plus paclitaxel, for the treatment of participants with advanced or metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma, or esophageal adenocarcinoma who have failed 1 prior line of therapy. Anxiety is very common in autistic youth. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the recommended treatment for both autistic and typically-developing (TD) youth with anxiety, yet most families cannot access CBT due to cost, practicalities of attending in-person treatment sessions, and a shortage of trained providers, especially in rural areas. The goal of this project is to increase access to care for families of autistic adolescents with anxiety through an internet-based treatment model.
