The goal of this study is to determine whether romosozumab will improve bone density in girls and women with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (cessation of the menstrual period due to intense exercise, stress, or an eating disorder) who have low bone density. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive romosozumab or placebo for 6 months. All participants will receive one IV infusion of zoledronate at the 6 month visit. All participants will also receive transdermal estradiol and cyclic progesterone. We will investigate whether participants who receive active romosozumab will demonstrate greater improvements in bone density at one year than those who receive placebo. Resilient Roots is integrated into the TRANSFORM Center to promote translation of research findings into clinical interventions, to inform the next generation of research on child abuse and neglect (CAN), and to facilitate dissemination of research and practice knowledge/skills to varied stakeholders. Exposure to CAN frequently results in long-term detrimental effects on mental health. For youth who have experienced socioecological stress, the trauma associated with CAN may be compounded by stress and trauma deriving from experiences of stress in their communities. Interventions to address specific socioecological stress for symptomatic youth receiving human centered mental health services are lacking, and use of mental health services that are acceptable to families are too often misaligned with their representation in the population in general and overrepresentation in the child welfare system specifically. Incorporating support for families in enhancing socialization and coping skills specific to addressing contextual stress and trauma has relevance for public health. Although Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for children who have experienced CAN, determining best practices for implementing enhanced TF-CBT with socialization components is urgently needed to address these gaps and provide optimal intervention. Resilient Roots is a pilot study within a RE-AIM/PRISM framework (including Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance with emphasis on contextual factors at multiple levels of the implementation setting) that will incorporate stakeholder perspectives and evaluate the incorporation of socialization into enhanced TF-CBT, while identifying barriers and facilitators to implementation to guide future larger-scale trials. This is a Phase 2, multi-site, two-period, open label randomized crossover (Period 1 and 2) study. Participants are randomized 1:1 to one of two 8-week on-demand product sequences - TFV douche then oral F/TDF or oral F/TDF then TFV douche - with a 2 to 4-week washout period in between. The goal of this study is to evaluate the role of transcription factor EB (TFEB) in adipose (fat) tissue macrophages (ATM) in regulating adipose tissue and systemic metabolic function in obesity. The investigators will assess the differences in ATM lipid metabolism in people with metabolically abnormal obesity and lean individuals. This clinical trial evaluates \[18F\]-rh PSMA positron emission tomography (PET)-computed tomography (CT) imaging performance in patients with prostate cancer. PET is an established imaging technique that utilizes small amounts of radioactivity attached to very minimal amounts of tracer, in the case of this research, 18F-rhPSMA. Because some cancers take up \[18F\]-rhPSMA, cancer cells can be seen with PET. CT utilizes x-rays that traverse body from the outside. CT images provide an exact outline of organs and potential inflammatory tissue where it occurs in patient's body. Posluma (18F-rhPSMA) is an approved prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) imaging agent for prostate cancer. The RefleXion Medical Radiotherapy System (RMRS) is designed to facilitate delivery of biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT). The system uses PET emissions to guide radiotherapy delivery in real-time and has been studied for use with fludeoxyglucose (FDG) (which is an agent used in standard PET-CT scans that targets glucose). Information gathered from this study may help researchers to improve PET-CT imaging on the RefleXion system. This information will be used in the future to improve planning and delivery of radiation therapy that will target (in real time) the signal released from the \[18F\]-rhPSMA PET-CT tracer. Comparing the imaging from the standard of care \[18F\]-rh PSMA PET-CT with the imaging from RMRS may help improve the quality of the imaging captured on the RMRS for detection of imaging signals in patients with prostate cancer. Friend and family caregivers of recently deceased cancer patients experience acute bereavement following the death. Post death bereavement is an intense period of mourning that includes an unfolding of the grief process and is characterized by strong emotions and demands on cognitive resources to those who have put aside their own needs to support the dying patient with cancer. This research will test the feasibility and acceptability of a nature-based healing meditation (NBHM) intervention to support cancer caregivers' during the bereavement process. Read Less
