This clinical trial compares the effect of the Helping Ovarian Cancer Patients Cope with Their Disease (HOPE) intervention to usual care for the reduction of hopelessness and helplessness in patients with ovarian cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). This is a study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of IMVT-1402 in adult participants with Graves' disease (GD) who are hyperthyroid despite antithyroid drug (ATD) treatment. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of IMVT-1402 versus placebo as assessed by T3 (total triiodothyronine \[T3\] or free triiodothyronine \[FT3\]), free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and ATD dose at Week 26.

Discharge Medication Use Post-Operatively in GU Cancer Patients

The main purpose of this research study is to determine the amount of opioids that are taken after discharge following a cystectomy, nephrectomy (partial or total), or prostatectomy surgeries via a 30-day post- discharge opioid use and disposal survey. We will also evaluate the impact of an opioid disposal education pamphlet on proper disposal of unused opioids.

A Research Study to Investigate the Effects of CagriSema Compared to Placebo in People With Type 2 Diabetes and Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

This study will look at the effects of CagriSema in people with both type 2 diabetes and painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy, compared to placebo. Participants will either get an active medicine or a "dummy" medicine (placebo). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. In this study the active, investigational medicine is called CagriSema. Doctors cannot yet prescribe CagriSema. For each participant, the study will last for about 10 months.
