Pragmatic Trial of Remote TDCS and Somatosensory Training for Phantom Limb Pain with Machine Learning to Predict Treatment Response
Recruiting
The investigators have designed a pragmatic trial of home-based transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) for phantom limb pain (PLP), the PLP-EVEREST trial (PLP-EffectiVEness pRagmatic Stimulation Trial) to test a portable device that would reach underrepresented populations and would validate this therapy in a more pragmatic setting. Subjects will be randomized to home-based tDCS of the primary motor cortex (M1) with somatosensory training or usual care only (including their current pharm... Read More

Study of Ribociclib and Everolimus in HGG and DIPG
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to determine the efficacy of the study drugs ribociclib and everolimus to treat pediatric and young adult patients newly diagnosed with a high-grade glioma (HGG), including DIPG, that have genetic changes in pathways (cell cycle, PI3K/mTOR) that these drugs target. The main question the study aims to answer is whether the combination of ribociclib and everolimus can prolong the life of patients diagnosed with HGG, including DIPG.

Community Health Worker-Led Transition Support for Persons Living With Dementia and Caregivers
Recruiting
The main purpose of this intervention study is to test if the community health worker (CHW)-led care transition support intervention is feasible and acceptable to the persons living with dementia (PLWD)'s caregivers, and other healthcare providers. Main hypotheses of the study are: 1. the CHW interventionist will adhere to the intervention protocol with the score of 80% or higher on the intervention fidelity checklist throughout the intervention delivery period; 2. caregiver participants in th... Gynecologic Extramammary Paget's Disease
Recruiting
In addition to evaluating treatment outcomes, tissue samples and swabs will be collected as part of this study to allow physicians to better understand Extramammary Paget's Disease (EMPD). The researchers also want to learn more about the microorganisms (microbiome) that live on or near the areas of skin affected by EMPD, in order to better understand this condition.

Transcutaneous Spinal Cord Stimulation for Chronic Low Back Pain
Recruiting
As a leading cause of disability worldwide, chronic low back pain (cLBP) represents a significant medical and socioeconomic problem with estimated health care spending of $87 billion/annually. The efficacy of dorsal column electrical stimulation to inhibit pain was first described over 50 years ago. Since then, several large clinical trials have investigated the therapeutic potential of electrical spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and found that over 70% of patients with intractable pain had over 50...
