This study employs novel methods to identify key determinants and consequences of concurrent HIV infection and regular cannabis use. This study will acquire extensive phenotype data from peripheral and brain markers of immune activation, brain structure, and neuropsychological performance (NP) in persons living with HIV (PLWH) receiving combination anti-retroviral therapy (cART) (80 regular cannabis users and 80 non-users) and HIV uninfected (HIV-) controls (80 regular cannabis users and 80 non-users). This study will provide key insights into the effects of regular cannabis and HIV on peripheral and brain markers of immune function and NP in PLWH and HIV- controls. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare buprenorphine patch for induction (starting) of buprenorphine in pregnant patients with opioid use disorder. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is there a buprenorphine induction method that results in the least moderate-to-severe opioid withdrawal symptoms in pregnant patients with opioid use disorder? 2. Is there a buprenorphine induction method that results in a higher treatment success rate? Under normal circumstances, patients who are planning to start sublingual (under the tongue) buprenorphine for opioid use disorder must first go into withdrawal to start the medication safely. Study participants will be given a buprenorphine patch during the required withdrawal period before starting sublingual treatment, and be surveyed daily by phone to assess their withdrawal symptoms. They will also be followed at prenatal appointments to evaluate treatment success based on urine drug screen results. This is a non-interventional, prospective, post authorization safety study. Patients with gMG who are expected to start treatment with efgartigimod at enrolment or are within their first cycle of efgartigimod at enrolment will be eligible to enroll into the efgartigimod cohort. Patients with gMG who have not been exposed to efgartigimod and for whom it is not planned to start treatment with efgartigimod at enrolment will be eligible to enroll into the non-efgartigimod cohort. The study aims to evaluate the accuracy of sleep trackers in children aged 2 to less than 18 years. Children undergoing polysomnography, the gold standard for assessing sleep quality and duration, at Arkansas Children's Hospital may be eligible to participate. Participants will be asked to wear sleep trackers on the day of their sleep test. The data collected from the sleep trackers will be compared with the polysomnography results to determine the devices' accuracy. Read Less
